I run the Official Student of the Gun Gear store and GhostMonitor has helped me capture leads, convert the leads into customers, and recover lost revenue. I haven't had the opportunity to test all the features yet, but so far I really feel like I won't be able to handle my abandonned carts without GhostMonitor ever again! 5 stars, that's for sure!

I think that ghost monitoring app is a very good app because it captures all your abandoned cart and it saves a lot of time and money and I recommend this app for anyone to join the app it's well worth it and I'm very happy with it!!

I love this app. It shows me exactly who is attempting to put items in their carts, s well as those who actually place items in their carts but don't make a purchase. The 3 email sequence is a very effective way to get people back to your shopify store to complete their purchase.

I think its a great app. But haven't seen any benefits from it yet.

I am impressed with this app. This app captures all cart information, the only problem I had was the add email popup, when before people are trying to add an item to the cart the options is add an email address and it won't let you close it unless you add the email. I figured it out but I was a little thrown off that you couldn't click anywhere to just close it. Other than that this is a great app.

Its really frustrating when you see 30 add to carts and only 5 purchase. Also growing an email list is not easy these days as customers are wary of popups. I really like the add to cart email popup. This is something unique and surely if a person wants to buy, he would not mind putting in his email id. Great app.

app seems to be a very easy way improve the profit, without even investing much money/time

Have yet to use it but the free days given would see if my investment is worth into this app.
