Although we were not able to finish what I wanted to do that day, Joseph made sure I can get a hole of him and he gave me his email. So far I am happy with the service. Great app, simple to use, & great customer support. Omar helped me out with all of my questions.

I was struggling very much but Joseph helped me out a lot and guided me through it perfectly. He was very kind and respectful and direct. He was able to hold a conversation whilst guiding me which was very entertaining and isn't something you will find everywhere. i am very satisfied with my experience.

Went above & beyond to assist me with my Shopify Store and Tiktok Shop inventory/ locations issue. This exactly what I needed for my business highly recommended.

This app works seamless to synch my orders to Tiktok. Whenever I have a problem, customer service agent is always available and quick to solve the problem. Special thank you to Omar, who's helped me less than 5 min with an order that did not synch. I highly recommend this app!

Very responsive, fast and effective customer support. No sooner had I downloaded the app and initiated the sync process for products, when I received a message from Omar asking if I needed any help. Not only did he accelerate the syncing process and promise to oversee the process to the end, he also answered all the other queries I had regarding the app.Very impressive!
