Joseph was wonderful in helping me sync my product to Tiktok shop.

I couldn't synch all the products from shopify to tiktok. Customer Service Agent (Joseph)helped me synch all the products and answered questions I had.

Worked with Joseph Morris today and he was awesome! Helpful and very responsive. Past my expectations and made it easy for someone like me who is not very computer savvy. If you're lucky enough to have his assistance you won!

Joseph was a really fast and amazing help . I usually have issues with syncing platforms but he made it fast and easy for me. I really like that I was talking to a real person who answered all of my questions for the sync.He also went out of the way to send helpful videos that i'll need as well. Overall a very nice person with a easy set up process.

The setup process was made incredibly easy thanks to Joseph's guidance. He answered all of my questions about syncing the app, which was a great help. It's refreshing to be able to chat with a real person instead of an automated bot. I'm looking forward to getting everything running smoothly with the app - it seems like it will work well.

Had some issues at first but Joseph got it figured out and now products are syncing to TikTok properly.

Thea helped me set up all the connections between Zendrop, Shopify, and TikTok. Thea also made sure every part was set up and functioning properly. Very fast and very kind.

customer service has been spot on and i believe "he is AI" but honestly from all of his help and guidance from him and manners if i didnt know better i would think he was human just on a super fast working and thinking level. This app saved my sanity. I have been trying for months (MONTHS!) to get the Tik Tok app to work properly, but would constantly receive one error message or another. Such a relief to find this app after wasting weeks on TikTok's app. The support team (I worked with Thea to resolve some issues with TikTok's buggy and confusing warehouse management) has been extremely timely, informed, and helpful.

So far so good, and the customer service to talk through the set-up process was very good. I am sitting back and watching 100 items get loaded up every day and this is a far easier process than using the 'official' app.
