The app is fairly easy to use, and the support person Joseph was very kind and helpful. I use it to sync printful, etsy, and shopify together.

I tried two... This one and cedCommerce. Honestly, both have some flaws with how they do the exporting from Shopify to Etsy. But I decided I didn't need all the bells and whistles from cedCommerce for now and I also was NOT a fan of their pricing structure. So I settled for this app mainly due to price point and we'll see if it meets my needs overall going forward. I'd give it 5 stars, but I can't due to the export issues I encountered... Such as PNG files with no backgrounds will not export well to Etsy and end up with a black background. On cedCommerce these images import better and remain fully visible (no black background). This app requires a quantity even for 100% digital products, cedCommerce does not or adds "999" by default. This app also requires a SKU (per Etsy), while cedCommerce adds their own. I also couldn't select "Social Media Templates" category from either app. So I had to go in and manually change the category on each product. And the app also didn't have any way for my exported products to be set up as digital without doing it manually. Just know that there's no perfect app for these things that may or may not affect your store. That's my two cents for what it's worth.

This app is absolutely very helpful, Joseph was very quick and helped me sync my products, he was also very nice and personable. Would recommend this to anyone.

i wish all the apps are like this ones, Customer service is amazing, Angelica was great she took care of everything for me. get the app just for the customer service alone. let alone how simple and straight forward is it to use. 5 Stars all the way . Thanks Angelica

Five stars for customer service. Extremely helpful with moving listings from Shopify to Etsy. Have not had any sales since connecting with the app so cannot comment on syncing capabilities yet.

Great customer service. I am not sure whether it will meet my needs though as it doesn't seem like you can customise the listings via the app but rather to customise you need to do it through the Etsy app which makes it laborious again.

Joseph helped me through my entire process. Over an hour of trouble shooting what setting I had wrong to sync products and he continued to stay on the line with me for close to three hours. Great customer service!

So far so good. I am still in the trial phase, but everythingg seems to be synching well. Easy to set up and use.
