Angelica has been so amazing. She is very quick to reply, very knowledgeable and has great customer service skills. I was about to uninstall the App, as I thought it was not the perfect fit, however, with Angelica's knowledge, she helped me see that this App will work with my specifications and she resolved all my concerns quickly. So far so good. The tech who helped me was super efficient and synced all my products from Shopify to Etsy, and Etsy back to Shopify.

Thea was great she really helped me accomplish my goal. I had trouble trying to figure out how the software works and sync my products she helped me out immediately. She responds fast and very helpful.

Easy to setup and it works great "out of the box". I had a problem setting shipping prices at the start but Thea helped me with that so now it all works as it should.

Normie was fantastic. She even got on a Zoom call with me late at night!!!! She took me out of my misery! Hooray!

We need to sync products from Etsy on a regular basis and this app has helped save us hours of time. When we've run into issues (usually our fault), the customer service team have been extremely helpful, replying promptly and sorting the issues for us. Special mention for Angelica, who patiently assisted us with syncing issues in a friendly and professional manner :)
