I have tried other integration apps for Shopify to Etsy and they left me on my own with so many unanswered questions. I was having issues loading my products so I reached out to support & I was instantly connected to a support agent. The agent Arianne diagnosed the situation and resolved it for me quickly. Great communication & highly recommend

Omar was an excellent help and went above and beyond for me he deserves a pay rise.

This was a brand new experience in app set up... It was SO easy! As I began setup, I immediately had an agent reach out to me, before I even asked! Joseph was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in setting up my integration, and addressed all of my questions and concerns. He was awesome!! He even humored me on my quiz to determine whether or not he was a bot... and he passed! lol This is completely upping the customer service game for Shopify apps. Well done!
