I have just started to use this App and so far it seems excellent. I hope it continues in the same way. I am brand new to creating an Etsy store, as well as a Shopify store, so my experience with those apps and this one for syncing products is limited. However, it has been working very well so far. When I've had issues with syncing, customer service has been very fast and very helpful. Omar, who I chatted with, was fantastic!

Good experience

I was having an issue syncing my products from Shopify to Etsy. Khaled was quick to answer my questions and helped me solve the issue with ease.

Joseph was really helpful. The process of syncing all my products were quick and easy. Well worth using Esty Integration to sync everything.

a very easy to use application, very available and very professional chatting staff

At first experience was great. Installation was quick, I immediately synced my products from Shopify to Etsy. The problems started when I added a new product a week later and tried to sync it. Suddenly it said my setup wasn't complete, there were problems with my shipping profile on Etsy (which there weren't) and all my products became unsynced. I had to delete cache and cookies, it was very stressful! However Jayson from customer service was very attentive, helpful and patient. He helped me solve the problems at last and I would definately give him 5 stars!
