Excellent customer service by Joseph from the moment i downloaded the app. He immediately helped me sync my inventory between Etsy and shopify. He also accommodated a billing request that was very generous. So far my inventory has been seamless. highly recommend this app

The support is very friendly but unfortunately there are bugs that completely ruin the experience of being a hassle free integration. To the development team, here are the issues I've encountered that haven't been fixed & required manual remediation: 1. When an order contains a line item for "Shipping Charges" the fulfillment status of the order is never synced to Etsy. 2. Inventory syncing is reliable most of the time but I had a bug where two variants of a product weren't synced resulting in orders that couldn't be fulfilled. If these are fixed I would be willing to revise the review & try the app again but at this time I need a more hands-off integration.

Joseph Morris was super helpful. I'm new and as soon as I attempted to execute my first task, he was right there to join and make sure I was set up ok. While I didn't make it through the entire onboard (not due to him, but Etsy complications), I still have the ability to contact him again once the Etsy issue is resolved. In the interim he provided me with helpful guidance and support for future tasks. So far so good!

I was a bit daunted on how to sync my shopify products with Etsy but Joseph pretty much did all of the work for me, now everything is perfectly synced up in a matter of minutes. Amazing customer service.

So far this has been an amazing experience with this app - Thea helped me figure out what I needed to do to get the syncing working, and once I did it everything has worked perfectly! Orders come through automatically to my shopify from Etsy and I don't need to worry anymore about inventory levels or creating manual post labels - so so happy, thanks Thea!

This has been a helpful app but I do think it can be a bit more intuitive / user friendly. Their helpdesk is always available and helpful, though...so that goes a long way. This has become a very useful app for my business.

Arianne did a FANTASTIC Job helping me get everything going. My Shopify store was messed up and she took charge and got everything straightened out. She was very responsive and easy to understand. Getting good Customer service is not easy these days and I'm really happy to report that Arianne is a shining example of what good Customer Service is all about!
