Angelica from QuickSync was super helpful in getting my Etsy set up. I am pretty low-tech and was stuck trying to figure out Etsy settings for the integration to work. Not only did Angelica answer my original question, but she preemptively took care of the next few steps, making my life much easier!

I uninstalled the app and I am still being charged for it

I never expected anyone to tell me certain things about the app, remember how important your budget is, the number of products you have in your store, and knowing how Etsy works. If you don't know these 3 things, and you act for yourself. I suggest that you do absolutely nothing without knowing those 3 things to the letter. You don't want to go into debt (like me) due to lack of information. It is extremely risky. Don't touch anything if you don't understand it. I know you want to do it quick and easy, but definitely trust me, you don't want to have to pay thousands and have no one solve your situation.

used it for a trial... very easy to use... didn't continue using after the 30 days as i only had a few products.

Joseph was very thorough in helping me set up the app to integrate my Shopify products to my Etsy page.
