Great app- very easy to use! The help was amazing and I got help from Joseph when I couldn't figure out what to do.

I was having issues with the app and syncing my inventory. It was a lot, but Elhassan was patient and helped me for two days.

So far so good. Omar was very helpful in helping get everything synced. Time will tell how the inventory & orders track!

super helpful Support, basically you just tell them what you need and they do it for you. I tried many sync apps and they all were hard to use and understand. now I synced my shops in minutes, but I could have been doing that manually for weeks. many thanks to agent Omar!

Customer Service is great! Joseph was wonderful!!

Jayson is so helpful and knowledgeable

They have a seamless operating system and smooth interface, fast syncing for all yoir products as long as you have your etsy account srt up for sellers, and you have a product from etsy. I was surprised how fast they jumped on to chat staff is excellent talked to Jason who gave me instructions on how to use the Sync app. But overall great service and graphics for their interface with Shopify was easy.

Quick responses and very helpful.

Very dangerous app, all my Etsy products have been deactivated because synced in wrong direciton. Employees are nice and quick but do not take the proper safety precautions.
