Super Helpful :)

a very easy to use application, very available and very professional chatting staff

At first experience was great. Installation was quick, I immediately synced my products from Shopify to Etsy. The problems started when I added a new product a week later and tried to sync it. Suddenly it said my setup wasn't complete, there were problems with my shipping profile on Etsy (which there weren't) and all my products became unsynced. I had to delete cache and cookies, it was very stressful! However Jayson from customer service was very attentive, helpful and patient. He helped me solve the problems at last and I would definately give him 5 stars!

Omar was extremely helpful! It's not often that you receive customer service like this but he more than exceeded my expectations!

Joseph was amazing. Super nice and friendly and helped me sync my products to my new store. He even sent me some helpful materials on Etsy as a resource.

I had troubles with adding my products to etsy. I got help from Joseph Morris, great guy, he helped me allot! i can recomment everybody this App!

Khaled was super helpful when I couldn't get my products to sync from shopify to etsy. He walked me through the steps that were missing for me to have a successful export. The items are still trying to export again and that will take some time, but Khaled said he'd also be here once my items are done syncing in case there are more questions or concerns. Thanks!

A lot of my products weren't linking but I had quick help from Joseph who managed to get everything in working order. He manged to assist in setting up links and backups, offered detailed assistance. This guy is the "gold standard in service"! Cannot say enough good things about his approach and assistance. Awesome work Joseph!!
