Webgility has been great! The customer service department has been extremely helpful and are very quick to answer the phone and trouble shoot any issues we may be having. Thank you Vinayak for all of your help!

This app work great with Quickbooks Desktop. The support staff is always great to work with and alway gets the issue fixed on the spot, event if they need to do coding. It's worth all the money it cost, don't cheap out with the other apps, it's not worth the time.

Himanshu was very helpful in getting our Shopify website account connected to our Quickbooks desktop.

I am so glad I found Webgility to sync Shopify with QuickBooks POS. My inventory is always up-to-date. Recently, I installed a new computer needing support from Webgility to connect the files. The tech was outstanding. I highly recommend Webgility.

Webgility is an integral component of our internal workflows. We integrated it June 2012 and it reduced our redundant manual data entry to almost zero. We process all orders through it and it seamlessly integrates our online store with QuickBooks. We would highly recommend Webgility to any business looking for a shipping integration app and even more so to a business in need of communication between their online store and QuickBooks.

i have been working with Webgility for several years years and they are an integral part of our e-commerce business. There is one exceptional customer service expert I prefer who's name is Vipin (I call him the Viper) he never lets go of the problem and solves them in a time effective manner.

All the support staff at webgility from setting up the connections with Dave to all the tech personal like Mudasir Z Mir are great to work with. If you have any issues they answer the phone within minutes and help you find the fix.

As updates come out for Quickbooks, Shopify and Webgility sometimes connections get broken. But calling webgility support is always quick and they solve the problem fast. This time it took longer but were in contact with me the whole time to let me know that they were working to fix the problem.
