I found this application is best application for the inventory syncronization. I am using this application for multiple shopping carts and the automation does the sync for me automatically for me. About its support so they have best in class customer support even on chat and on phone as well. I will recommend this application for all ecommerce users. Himanshu you are the star.

THE BEST SUPPORT IN THE Fing WORLD!!!!!!!! Let me be blunt, this software is very detailed, if they printed a manual, you could use it to beat goats to death. But it is that way because you can use it to handle ALL the little details, and handle them the right way. If you try setting it up without help its like running face first into a brick wall. That said! They help you along the way. Support is very understanding patient, and knows this stuff backwards, forwards, and loop-d-loop. Could not recommend more. It can be a bit of a pain to get started, but once you are setup, life is beautiful, and simple. Trust me, get this, it just works, and works well. The setup only hurts you because it loves you. P.S. We got a little customization done and it was only about $200 for them to customize the code in our version. Seriously heck of a deal.

We've been using this application for about a year now. It has greatly simplified the data entry process. The onboarding session will take a bit of time but it will be worth it in the end. Their customer service is very helpful and I would definitely recommend this app for anyone using Shopify or Amazon.

App really saves us ALOT of time. Also, the tech team is fabulous and go above and beyond just their app to get things working. Highly recommend this app for stores with lots of transactions. It paid for itself within 1 month.

Annual price increased 3 times. We feel they "bait and switched" us. Find another solution. Not sure how they expect to increase their prices three fold and no one would find another solution. We are.

We have been using webgility for years. It saves us so much time and helps to streamline our processing of orders! I can't imagine being without it.

Although we haven't found a perfect solution to our e-commerce integration at this point, mostly because of Shopify's platform not really configured for B2B sales, I would rate Webgility highly because of their excellent customer service.

Webgility has been a life saver for our business. It has cut out thousands of hours of manual data entry, runs smoothly with minimal errors and the tech support has always been so helpful!

Webgility so far has been a life saver. My company switched over to Shopify a little over a month a go and it came down to the wire with syncing our online orders to QB Desktop. When I had a call with Webgility and found out what they could do for us, it was almost too good to be true. When I decided to try it out, it was great. They help you a lot with the integration, setup and training. They do an awesome job and this app gets the job done. Highly recommended!

Webgility is one of the most important pieces of software I have for accounting and second only to Quickbooks. Webgility is the missing component that connect my QB's to my Shopify Store as well as my merchant accounts with Amazon and E Bay. With Unify I have brought the recording of my sales receipts/invoices to full automation and the combination of Shopify, Webgility and QBs can be applied to any online business with very minimal set up. Basically it is as close as "out of the box" software as you can get. I am very happy that I invested in Unify because the benefits well outweigh the costs and having it saves me hundreds of hours a year because I basically press a button and everything is imported in for me. Definitely would recommend this to anyone looking to improve their AR accounting.

We started out three years ago with ECC and then moved to Unify Enterprise. Better features, same great service. We can process orders without using the keyboard, all clicks. We process our shipping through Unify, pick pack, print packing slips. Unify posts everything back to Shopify and QB and we're done. Couldn't be easier.

Solid product. Provides lots of control and management. Takes an investment of time to connect and set up but the reward is almost complete automation. Support is solid and fast responses. Keep adding new connectors!

Our small business LOVES Webgility Unify Enterprise. It has saved us many hours of data entry of orders, payments and we don't have to go back into the store to update the order. It helps us sync our inventory either automatically or with the touch of a button. We already use it with several stores including Shopify, BigCommerce, PrestaShop and Ebay, and plan on adding more in the future. I cannot say enough good things about Webgility.

We use ECC for several companies and platforms and enjoy the simplicity and ease it provides our wide spread business. The features are easy to manage and make handling our orders with quickbooks a breeze. Downloads with shopify are pretty quick and we can setup the orders in quickbooks just how we want them. Great affordable solution for integrating our ecommerce site with quickbooks!

We use ECC for several different ecommerce platforms and the ability to use it for shopify, bigcommerce, amazon, and older platforms we used to use has been fantastic. With a bit of doctoring we're able to use it to separate items and feeds quite easily, while maintaining a central point of download. Managing several different companies and only needing to use one program is wonderful. Setup is easy and as technical as you want to make it. I do find that bigcommerce's API is sometimes very slow while interacting with it, but shopify is twice as fast so its clearly not ECC's problem.

Have been using for over a year now. There were problems in the beginning but ECC support went above and beyond to make things right. Works well with QBooks sync. We have QB Enterprise solutions due to the hundreds of thousands of customers in our database so we pay a hefty fee for the program but it saves countless hours of data input. The support lately has been sketchy, they used to answer the phone anytime we called but lately it seems we always have to leave a message.

It makes getting the orders into QB definitely much easier. The only annoying thing is it doesn't sync the order numbers. We would prefer our Shopify order # creates a web receipt of the same number.

We use Unify Enterprise to integrate our store with Quickbooks. Though it's not perfect, it gets the job done. We have to manually sign in to Single User Mode in order to push orders every day, but otherwise the process is smooth and Customer Service is usually efficient in fixing any problems we run into. Most difficulties are a result of (Slow)books.
