Do not Buy Desktop version Always glitches. Program Stops its own and not sync hours and hours ..Engineer team needs to work on it. Technical Support response so late they are in INDIA

The Webgility support team has been extremely helpful every time I have had to reach out to them. My most recent experience was working with Nikhlesh. He was very helpful in resolving my issue with syncing Shopify with Webgility and Quickbooks. So Far, so good! We are currently working on a rather complicated integration and Palash and the crew over at Webgility have been great. Looking forward to completing the implementation and getting everything running. The Amazon, Shopify, and 3dCart integration have been easy and seemless. Everything has been sync'ing up and passing data very well.

I have used this application for a number of years, and the time saved, and excellent, ongoing support are very much appreciated. We recently changed from Quickbooks Enterprise, to Quickbooks Desktop Pro, and the integration was simple, thanks to the excellent support. Great product, and even better support.

Palash was very knowledgeable and helpful. I asked a lot of questions and he was patient with all of them. Looking forward to working with him moving forward

Himanshu was super helpful connecting our automatic syncing between our Shopify & Etsy stores to Quickbooks. He was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Nikhlesh was very helpful in updating and optimizing Webgility software to improve functionality with posting orders to Quickbooks.

Let's just say that accounting is not my forte. I am a jewelry designer with an CPA husband. He manages all of the accounting and I hand the creative side of the business. We originally reached out to webgility to streamline the inventory flow from QB to my Shopify store. They have essentially effectively built that bridge. I had a few posting issues when I processed returns, and also because I created some new sites for my inventory in QB. Nehal Singhnspent over an hour on the phone with me making sure that all of my transactions were posting correctly. He also trouble shot to confirm that what he had done was posting correctly. I'm incredibly happy with the app and the support associated with it.

This is going to help me a ton with Bookkeeping. They were great with the Onboarding and walked me through, step-by-step. I am very happy so far. Palash helped with making sure my QuickBooks was mapped correctly. Thanks,

Himanshu helped me get my orders transferred from my shopify store and to Quick Books. Our antivirus software was blocking the scheduler. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He also worked our anti virus software to help prevent this happening again. So appreciate his help and patience in working with me!

Himanshu Great help getting ebay and quickbooks pos to sync quickly. Fast response time from webgility. We have posted an order as well and it went fine.

I was impressed with the time and effort that Virendra with Webgility took with me to set up the inventory sync with Quick Books POS. This was not something that was DIY. We are now updating Shopify from QBPOS.

Himanshu was incredibly professional, kind and patient. He got my webgility integrated with my quickbooks and Amazon store again so I could continue my work. Thank you for everything!

Giving it 4-stars right now based on limited experience. I just completed the integration portion, it was good with a few hiccups around scheduling calls and getting the taxation portion to flow properly from Shopify through Webgility to QB Desktop POS. My contact Palash was very helpful in getting everything integrated and now we have to do training on the software. I will provide another review after running the software for a bit and hope to give it 5 stars once I see it fully operational.

Nehal Singh in customer support is extremely helpful and patiently took the time to fully explain everything I needed to do. As a brand new user, I needed my handheld through the process and that's exactly what Nehal did.

This application was very user friendly and relatively easy to set up. Palash was able to help answer any questions and once it was all set up, the integration into QuickBooks worked seamlessly! A huge time saver!!!

This app has made it linking my brick and mortar store to a new e-commerce site easy! Our on-boarding has also been smooth and Palash has been extremely helpful. Our Shopify store was perfectly synced with Quickbooks.

Worked as expected. It has the ability to undo and redo work with updated settings. That works well for setting the sync up to work exactly how I would expect.
