Webgility is amazing and they have superior customer service. The integration between quickbooks desktop and shopify is amazing. Any issues I have, a quick call resolves the issues. If I've ever had an issue that needed more work, they follow through with a resolution.

Tried to find a solution to sync QuickBooks and Shopify for months and finally was able to find an app, Webgility. This app will be extremely helpful to manage inventory live on both softwares and keep our OOS more accurate. Onboarding experience was smooth and Faizan was extremely helpful.

This app is a gamechanger. Spent so much waste time using a similar app for years with countless errors and manual fixes in QuickBooks. This app is super powerful, has lots of options and you can control how everthing is posted. And if something doesn't work, can simply unpost the order fix it and repost. No more spreadsheets and data correction entries needed in QB. Also handles complex transactions, multi-currency and multiple websites!

I've been using Webgility for about 5 years now- first with QB desktop and now with QB online. Customer support has been exceptional each time, during and after setup. The online connection is user friendly and easy to setup and maintain. The on boarding process is very thorough and covers all areas. If anything can't be immediately solved, support is on top of it and sees any issue through to resolution. Using Webgility has and will continue to be a solid time saver for our business.

Great experience so far working with Webgility. Initial setup was great and over all the app works really well. The only issue we have had is with mapping multiple products with the same sku and with deleted items that keep showing up in inventory as 'Out of Sync'. That being said, customer service has been super helpful and very responsive. Much better than we have experienced with other programs.

Much prefer Webgility's ability to sync transactions through sales receipts instead of through journal entries as A2X uses. Good support and onboarding.

Webgility was easy to set up and made the transactions appear in Quickbooks just the way we wanted them to. The amount of options in the app is very helpful and gives us full control over our books. We would recommend this integration!

In search of a working interface between Shopify and QuickBooks and back to Shopify we decided on Webgility from the Shopify app store. We just completed our very detailed Onboarding Zoom meeting series with one of the experts on the Webgility team. Not only was Faizan, very professional, he was very detailed and patient with his responses. We had 3 people involved from our company. We were in 3 different countries and Faizan even managed that well. In the end we were 100% satisfied that Webgility would handle all of our transactions exceptionally well and that we made the correct decision to use Webgility. The app will streamline the accounting process, simplify adjustment, maintain syncing between Shopify and QuickBooks, relieve a lot of manual work and avoid potential errors, It can not get much better than that!

Great integration app for QB!

1-16-24 Update. We have been using Webgility since 2015. We still love it! The tech staff are amazing to work with and ALWAYS get a resolution. Faizan S from onboarding helped set up a whole new work flow for Amazon which will work better for international markets. This app saves us an incredible amount of time. If you have a lot of transactions, it will save you money in the long run. When there is an issue, tech support is always great. Faizan went above and beyond today.

I spent a few hours with Aniket today to reconnect my Webgility app after some years away from using it. He was very patient with me and I appreciate his professionalism.

Webgility works! The data comes over to quickbooks beautifully. It would be almost impossible to do my work without it. And customer service is top notch. It would be nice it it has an option to batch the orders by "Shopify Payouts" that way I wouldnt have to select them manually. Apart from that... Very happy Webgility user!
