I'm in the beginning stages of setting up my connection between QB and Shopify. I found the customer support to be very helpful in answering my questions.

Two very complex systems so it can all get very confusing. But customer service is great. Sherwin helped us resolve all of our issues.

Sherwin took care of my issue right away without hesitation. I need to have an invoice resynced to QBO and Sherwin quickly gathered the info needed to resubmit the invoice.

Helped me to integrate my shopify store to my quick books, was very helpful! Ben my support help was great.

Karol jumped on chat with me and literally did all the work I have been dreading doing that had been prevented me from getting quick books months ago. She went above and beyond and literally set up my whole back end to make sure I was syncing everything correct. If I knew it would've been this easy, I would've done it from the beginning. This app is easily integrated and saves a lot of time. There are a few small quirks but Vincent at customer services helped correct them properly. Overall the app and customer service are great!

Vincent was awesome. Took quite some time to get the integration to work properly, but now that it is set up, it is going to save me so much time.

This was so easy to get set up. Once I had an issue (user error on my end) ROM was quick in the chat to get us up and going.

Once set up correctly, this app works great! We were having syncing issues for custom products/items (we didn't have a setting turned on correctly), and Rom helped us out! They were super quick in diagnosing our problem and fixing it. Overall their chat feature to get in contact with their service team is helpful and very convenient.
