Seems very promising so far. I haven't tested the paid plans yet but the free one is already excellent with so many free recorded sessions

I found this app more straightforward and functional than others I tried, and it has been a mainstay of our store. As with most apps on Shopify, I feel the price is too high especially for businesses that are not ruthlessly profit-oriented, and so I do not use beyond the free tier.

I am glad I came across this app. It allows me to see visitors actions when they visit my site. I have been able to see some errors on my site that I didn't pay attention to before and is able to immediately fix those errors. I have noticed some awesome upgrades . Overall this tool really comes in handy.

So far this is working great, lots of options and love I can block my own IP so that I am not wasting recordings on when i am making sure things on the site are correct. I also love the detailed reports it sends

I love being able to see what my potential customers are looking for. With this app I am able to see exactly what they are looking for. It's a great addition to my store.

Great app! Great customer service! You get 200 free views plus an additional 50 with verification. I use it to help me find the errors in the new store I created. App works very well with Dawn theme. No issues.

I used this app to check where my users are dropping and how they are interacting with my website. It is really one of my most used app now.

I am so lucky to find this app I do enjoy using this. It's amazing to observe and understand customer behaviour in such visible way.

I use this app to review how customers use my site to find my products. Do they use the top menu? Do more of them use a front page visual link, are they watching the product videos or just scrolling by? Does the image on the front page consistently get a click? These are the things that I'm very interested in as well as the ease of use on my site. I can't get that info without the recording and replay. The recordings are snappy, without delay, and very informative. I'm very happy with the 40k page view pricing and feel it is very fair for the service provided. Invaluable insights made my website changes a winner!

This is a great recording app, the best I've tried so far. I left Lucky Orange because of bad support and Propel has been great.

I have been using it for just a couple of weeks, so far it's good, I have used three other session recording apps and this one seems to be a keper!

Super product, very easy to use and not too expensive. I recommend everyone to try it, especially the free version
