SO FAR SO GOOD! A lot easier to use and more user friendly than other companies I've been with. Also big thanks to Melanie Graham for helping me get set up, extremely helpful with all my questions.

I have been using Privy for over a year. I finally met with Daniel from teh Onboarding team, why did I not do this before? He was awesome, gave me some great ideas and made the changes for me (yay to that!). I have already increased my opt ins in just the 3 days since we met. Anyway I love Privy because it is easy to use, I am in and out of there pretty fast. And thanks Daniel for your help!

I have been using this app for 3 days now and I have already generated more sales from the emails I have sent out with this app than I have with any other app I've used in the past. I love this app and plan to keep using it.

This app is amazing! It has wonderful features that are easy to operate. My favorite feature is the pop-ups and abandoned carts.

The app is too new for me to rate yet, I just started using Privy a few weeks ago, but Privy customer support is as good as it gets. They have impressed me more than any other company in any other sector when it comes to their customer service.

I used this app to help me create awesome videos of my products. I really like how the app provides the option to make changes to the content, It would be nice if it could combine more than one product type per video.

I was a little hesitant at first as I couldn't easily see the tiers for pricing, but it really didn't matter. I went into the free trial, created a Newsletter to start, and BAM, an abundance of sales. This is just the tip of the iceberg, but I've generated over 10k more than usual with the help of privy in a matter of about a couple of weeks, and I have not been utilizing the other features. It's definitely worthwhile!!!

We love Privy. The pop-up service are very good with endless possibilities, their email service is very good and very easy to use. Great platform with fantastic support. Andrew did a great job at helping us optimize it and make the most of it.

I use this app to more than anything else as a small business owner. It helps me manage my campaigns analyze data. Add and adjust pop's according to there engagement with my website. This app is great and highly recommended.

I love this app, it is really easy to get on with and has loads of possibilities. The graphics on my website look amazing and is very customisable.

So far, so good. I was using the free trial for a year, but I guess they stepped it up and started charging monthly since they brought in all their new features and designs. Can't complain so far and will continue to use Privy for campaigns. $30 is a bit pricey, but I like Privy way more than MailChimp for newsletters and automated emails.

I am changing my review of this app. I thought it will be easy to migrate my contacts so I can start sending newsletter emails. But after 5 days, mailable contacts are still not done. The company does not have chat to speak with customer service reps and the replies are quite slow. Its being quite disappointing. I will be uninstalling the app and look for other company that will be easier to work with.

I use Privy for all my emails from abandoned carts, to customers whom haven't been back to our website for a while. Every email you need is done on Privy. The templates are already there you just need to tweak where needed, saves so much time and hassle and customer service is great...

Great app, easy to use, good features & excellent support. Will be great to have more templates and the option to duplicate email across different businesses (currently available only for campaigns, not emails).

We've used this app for nearly 2 months. It worked great and the output could meet our expectation. Also, the support is very efficient. They helped us with an urgent issue in 24 hours. Good job!

I used this app for years and it was great. Then suddenly they changed their pricing and everything stopped working. They wanted me to pay for email and sms marketing but their platform doesn't do nearly what other marketing messaging platforms do. I would not recommend them to anyone. Plenty of other apps out there

Used the free branded version for a year. Then suddenly they ended the free version without notifying me. As a small business owner I have a lot on my plate every day and checking whether or not my pop-up is working as it was set up should not be one of them. Do not recommend. If you want my money, you have to act like you deserve it, Privy.

Update: I've been using Privy for about 8 months now and this app just keeps on giving! They're constantly updating and adding new features. It's simple to use once you get the hang of it and being able to automate everything is a massive time-saver and allows me to focus on customer service rather than having to micro manage everything! I installed this just for the newsletter aspect and was more than happy to upgrade to the paid subscription. Then after a free call to explain some of the other parts of Privy and how they could help my business I've taken the plunge and signed up for all the features. Great value for money - it may seem like a big investment but I'm already seeing a big uptake on my promotions making it well worth the investment.

This app is so easy to use. I feel like it's worth the money per month. Highly recommend checking it out.

This app is great for pop-ups and i used the free version for almost 2 years. i then upgraded to the paid version which is combined with emails, and moved my email marketing over from Mailchimp. Unfortunately the Privy email marketing aspect of the app leaves a lot to be desired. Analytics are not very deep, and there isn't a way to cue any new email sign up from the store (not via a pop-up) to receive the welcome series. It integrates well with the pop-ups but is lacking in other ways. So i will be exploring other options. Not worth the monthly cost for pop-ups only, and not good enough as an email marketing app. I wish there was a cost-effective way to just use the pop-ups because it's too expensive to pay this fee and another email marketing app fee. Disappointed.
