Before your company changed the design set up,I would have given 10 stars ! It was absolutely amazing for my company ! Is it possible to add the bar that adjusts the size of the designs again?t is not really possible to complete the designs anymore ! As,when I try resize them the image hacks and becomes small, then when I try repeat the action it keep doing the same !

Really pleased with everything, I cannot fault Prihtful. Excellent customer service, quick to respond and communication is excellent.

I've been working with Printful for over ayear and have the products for 2 stores printed and fulfilled by them. I had a very important package arriving too late at a destination and asked them to reroute it for me at my expense. After much back and forth they refused, in the end it was too much of a hassle for their operations. This isn't the first time I've had frustrating experiences with Printful's customer service. So while the printing is good, the fulfillment has been ok, the customer service is the reason I'm going to Gooten.

They make it sound so easy, but.....Out of 53 orders, 38 were lost in transit, damaged print, or wrong size as displayed. On top of that, the customer support is...not even there. They may, or may not respond to emails in days, or weeks. Don't bother calling, it goes to an automated message saying to call back. Provided someone responds via chat, or eventually email, it is a different person each time, with the same outcome...have you checked with the customer about the correct address? Unless you're in the business of damage control, don't use them!

Literally the best merchandise plugin and supplier there is. I love the integration, I love that it integrates with multiple stores easily. My samples were printed and shipped promptly, I love the option for high-quality shirts with tags removed, pretty much everything is great. No need to buy stock, offer new design to your customers and be ready to print in minutes. No need to pay for silkscreen fees and no need to pay for multiple colours.

An absolute horror show, spend months setting up your store and they decide to start moving things to Latvia and charge 21 percent taxes, they also take up to 10 business days to ship a simple t-shirt they have on file and they also cancel orders with no justification whatsoever...beware these guys, they are terrible, use anyone but them if you actually want to succeed with your business. I'm getting my stuff out of there as fast as possible, I suggest you don't even waste your time in the first place, you will be sorry

Printful App is a great and a Must app to have in your designer store or use for personalize custom apparel designs and related accessories;; works very well without synchronizing problems; I have synchronized thousand of products through printful app and I enjoy using this app due to its customer friendly applications, it is just that simple, easy and customer friendly app to show quality product presentations. I give this Printful App are Five(5) Star. If there were any further improvement, I would recommend to add features that include built in text features, built in image features; this should be an additional feature to the already existing uploading of our own image or design. I hope this customer friendly updates could be considered.

I love Printful! I wish my only job was to design products using this platform. I've definitely designed an entirely new exercise/yoga wardrobe with this app alone. Highly recommend.

Needs to add bulk-loading capability but still a fantastic app

HORRIBLE guarantee product arrival. We ordered sample product for our business; hat, hoodie and tank top. Tank and Hoodie were bundled together and hat shipped separate. However; they listed same tracking number for ALL items. Hat and Hoodie were NEVER received BECAUSE the hat tracking number showed as delivered and received...well NO SHIT!!! The hat did arrive, not the other products! Printful refuses to provide items or refund money; therefore, they get shitty recommendation and this awesome review. Don't use them. Pulling our business.

After one year of using them the main problem was for me the quality. They kind of don't care about it. Cheers
