Printful has been a great service to work with. Constantly improving and its customer service is very effective. Its integration into my store was simple and keeps my store running smoothly.

It's a wonderful app! The embroidery comes out well, and the prints on the blank shirts are pretty nice quality. Totally recommend for startups.

Great mockup generator, really terrible customer service (especially when talking to Europe's customer service team) and pretty poor fulfillment time that makes it really hard to give your customers a good shopping experience. But that mockup generator is fire.

I really like Printful. I do both drop-shipping from Ali and POD through Printful and it works pretty well! I had an issue with a mug someone ordered arrived broken - their support team had another one on the way to the customer free of charge within hours which is fantastic. The app/software is really easy to use as well! Looking forward to them expanding their product range more and more!

I started with Printful as it had the best reviews on the 9.99 lite shopify plan.....and the reviews are really truthful! I have not had an issue with Printful and the their chat customer service was superb! Highly recommended!

so far so absolutely simple! this app has made shop setup a breeze!

Ordered a sample tote bag so I could test out the process for my customers. Great bag! However shipping to Canada took well over a week, the product was packaged roughly with a crumpled up receipt and was charged a $15 handling fee on delivery. Clearly not for Canadian shoppers.

Horrible Customer Service. Sure you can make shirts but when they turn out incorrect or wrong they have little to no customer service to help solve the issue. Instead they will blame you for the mistake. It's not hard to make a shirt and send it out for free to keep the customer happy. Especially when they have spent over $300 with your service. Horrible Service by Zana, Maija, and Celene.
