I wanted to wait a little bit before writing a review for orders to come in when I first launched my clothing store. Delivery can take some time. I make sure to have a shipping page with estimated shipping times which is pulled from Printful's shipping page. Adjusted certain numbers around for more breathing room just in case. This is just so my customers understand any possible waiting period. Had a few orders come in and had no problems what so ever for the very first 15 sales. Still no problems for the rest of my orders. When I did contact support for a non-issue, they were very fast on responding to my question and helped me every step of the way. Will I continue to use Printful? The simple answer is. Yes!

Printful is an amazing service that allows me to sell prints and shirts and so on online without having to keep a huge inventory! :) I recommend them to anyone wanting to do the same.

We have recently started working with Printful and loving it. We haven't received any successful order but very much impressed with the team working behind Printful.

Over the past year or 2, I’ve tried to start my business all by myself. One one time I even bought a subscription to Shopify and connected it to Printful but didn’t really know what I was doing, then I reached out to the support teams they have available & now I’ve got my stores up and running & im adding products, all in less than a month, with the help of the team! They made it so simple, I wish I would have reached out to them forever ago!! Its been smooth sailing ever since & I’m in love with the platforms!!

Gave it a try but sorry it's true new business owners...just turn the other way. I love their site, I was on my way to use only them for starters but the fulfillment time is horrible along with the shipment time. I guess I should have name the product Casper because the order vanished in thin air. the tracking number is stuck on pre-shipment label created and Printful swears up and down it is the carrier issue. When I contact them they tell me to contact my carrier. How can I do that if the carrier never received the item? This has been a disappointment but a turn in the right direction for business. I'm glad I discovered this hiccup early, I will no longer be using this vendor.

products are good and integration with store is good. customer service is pretty bad. they don't give a crap about keeping customers happy. probably because they're the only reasonable option out there.

New business owners: -Printful does everything it says. Drop shipping direct to customer and great design tools. Honestly they are probably the best option in this space. However, be prepared to face long fulfillment times and angry customers. I would say 35% of all of my orders fulfilled by printful involved customers complaining about the ship times, resulting in many headaches as a business owner. Oh and you might as well shut your store down during holiday season as printful took 3-4 weeks at times to fulfill some of my orders. I basically had to provide partial refunds due to the angry customer complaints I was getting. -So this business model is great in theory, but you won't be able to sustain any kind of growth with it.

Horrible clunky integration with Shopify. Email confirmation links to wrong page. No reason for the app to import over 3000 products from my site and then I have to go through and manually tell them to ignore them. Dumb. Worry about your products, Printful. No need to know what else I am selling.

These guys ROCK! Moved from a different POD (CustomCat) because comparing side by side DTG prints, Printful was more vibrant and it didn't have a TON of pre-treat, the other guys was so coated that the shirts looked discolored. The partial and 3D Puff caps... ROCK! These are the guys you want to do snapbacks with, trust me. Tight stitches, tight 3d puff. NFL/MLB/NBA quality stuff. I had those other guys and it was definitely garbage. Having some issues with simple graphics in 3D puff and customer service communication, but overall if you give a sh!t about your brand, the little bit extra you pay is extremely worth it. Would give 5 star but the inside labels are a major pain in the butt, hopefully they figure out something simpler. It's so painful that I don't even offer more colors because of it.
