What a joke! Don’t buy anything from these people unless you don’t care about your business and like piss poor products. Ordered 2 hats complete garbage.

It's very easy to use and setup my store with beautiful images but I think the T-Shirts are a bit pricey and I would like to have the choice of more model mockups. I would love to have model with guitars as my store is all about music. https://dimbled.com/ That would make things easier. The support is fantastic, fast and solve all the problems that you may face along the way.

WHAT A HASSLE!!! WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS. EVER. Printful is constantly running out of variants of products that I have in my store, has very pricey products AND shipping, and also REFUSED TO PRINT MY PRODUCTS frequently over the DUMBEST possible copyright infringement fears when there is clear parody and other, similar products exist all over the market. As examples, they are too afraid to print the Facebook logo and spoof parody cartoon that looks similar to Dora the Explorer. On top of all that, fulfillment is slow. Printful has decent quality printing, but, no thanks, it's not worth the COST. I am DONE. Good riddance! Save your time, find another manufacturer.

The app is easy to use, has great products and so far it has worked great. The only problem I had, is that I understood that Printful choose the quickest way to send the product to our customers, but in our case sending t-shirts to Southamerica the system chose Latvia instead of the states. This has make the delivery more than 2 weeks.

They took away the option to manually fulfill in addition to send to Printful. Horrible update. It's not good if you keep some inventory and send some out for fulfillment.

It was very easy to upload my designs and to sync it with my store. Very easy to use. I just launched my store today, and just had my first order, I'm looking forward to a fast fulfilment and delivery to my customer. That'll be very encouraging. Thank you Printful.

Extremely slow fulfilment time (more than 11 days!) Our test order has been marked as "Printing" for the last 11 days, they promised it would be fulfilled and shipped last Friday. Now they have told us that they have to print it again due to an error at their end and that it will be fulfilled soon!?! With the delivery time on top, an order with Printful will take nearly 3 weeks. Slow and unreliable. Not recommended!

I LOVE PRINTFUL HAVE EVERYTHING AND MY CUSTOMERS REALLY LIKE THE QUALITY OF THE DESIGN AND SHIRT. IM NEW TO THE BUSINESS AND LOVE I CAN UPLOAD ALL MY CUSTOM DESIGNES TO FIT MY CLIENTS NEEDS.

Printful works great! We use their mockup generator to create different products to list in our store www.torino45.com and we also used their integration to connect our www.torino45.com to many other marketplaces. Their customer service deserves some more extra stars, because i always found them online helping me step by step. Thanks.

I have done business with Printful for about three years now. They have never disappointed, they have exceeded my expectations many times, and have some of the best customer service I have seen. I highly recommend them for your on-demand printing needs.

It helped me create the Apparel and Accessories Section for my brand. Absolutely love it. Not looking elsewhere for the similar service. I plan on creating more stores and will use Printful without hesitation!!!

Product quality is ok. I hope you never have to get in touch with anyone at Printful as they don't answer email or give you any updates. I currently have an order still showing being fulfilled that was placed 14 days ago. NO UPDATES, NO EMAIL, NO REPLY to my email asking what's going on. Customer service is a joke at best. Guess which app I'll be deleting and replacing today?

This company has a very long lead time. If you want your customers to experience fast and reliable service then i would suggest staying away from this company, typically the lead time is about 1-2 weeks before they ship out the order. Very disappointing and i'm sure there are better options out there.

If you're looking to add some apparel to your website without spending a ton of money to have inventory you may never fully sell, this is the app for you. It is incredible how much Printful does for you. They offer a lot of different products, not just clothing. I am to the point where I am thinking of opening another eCommerce website that only sells products that Printful offers. Its that easy!

Printful sent the wrong product to one of my customers due to a bug in their order placement system, where the preview mockup image didn't match the print image that was used. They refused to refund me despite this flaw in their software, so I'm now reviewing new suppliers. The automatic fulfillment feature isn't worth the poor customer service.

Love the customer service with these guys. Also they make it super easy for you to start up your brand.

This app is very straight forward and easy to use. My only concern are the prices from the customers point of view - it can get expensive based on quality being used.

Awesome apps, very friendly user apps , I wish they will add some more products soon. I love the ease of use. Thank you Printful.
