LOVE! Easy to use. I ordered beach towels and a swim suite with my artwork on it. I am VERY pleased. Super quality, and the colors are spot on! No fading after sun exposure and many washes either. I am a psychedelic artist, so I was concerned about the color accuracy as I use bright sharp colors in my work. I will be sticking with Printful. Thank you!

It might have been a great app except that I'm not paying THAT much just for a hoodie. You have to realise that if I want to make commission i need to mark up the price, and nobody is paying $70 for a basic hoodie with some writing on it

They met their print timeline, but then chose to ship DHL to USPS. The item got lost between DHL and USPS for a week, and missed the event the t-shirts were needed for. When contacted, and requested that they not use DHL but ship with USPS directly and save a full week of go-between, they told me it was my fault. DHL isn't a shipping service I offer in Shopify, or a shipping service I had selected with them, and they had never use DHL to ship prior. If they can't figure out a way to not repeat a poor experience, and just point fingers, I'm not sending business their way. So, print and quality was always great. And if you want to wait 2 weeks for your mail to arrive, after if was sent, then you should be fine.

BE careful.... deceitful charges, hidden fees (in embroidery printing) be aware of the so called (file digitization fee) that you will be obligated to pay $8.95 on top of already expensive products.... Our client has never received an order and the reaction of printful was (We do not care) it is outside of the 30 day window.... That is not how you do business.. We are glad to take this as a learning curve and pursue with finding the best POD service out there (and that is not going to be Printful) ...

The app is user friendly and has an increasing selection. I ordered 3 samples on May 24 and received the T.Shirts on June 20th (19 business days later). The quality of the T.Shirts are good. The print has the screen print feel. The prints had a strong smell and required to be washed. After the wash there was no smell at all and were perfectly fine. The print on one of the smaller kids size T.Shirts I ordered did not have the complete print, one side had faded or was not printed correctly. Each T.Shirt has a tag with a logo/brand Anvil or American Apparel. Overall the T.Shirts are comfortable and when done correctly do look good.

I think that this app is wonderful! I'm no where near being a tech savvy person, but this app walks me through the whole process and even add helpful videos to guide me along the way. They even sent me an e mail because I wasn't charging the proper taxes for my products and my store isn't even open yet. To me that speaks volumes to Printful's desire to see me and assist me in succeeding in my up and coming E-commerce Store. Thank you Printful.

I will use this app for all of my shirts. Yes, there could be some improvements, but overall this is a fantastic program and it serves all of my needs.
