Reviews for Printful: Print on Demand

I think Printful is one of, if not the, leader in end to end usage for Shopify. Everything is very simple and straightforward with plenty of articles to help you along the way. They also have excellent customer service that always seem genuinely to be in a great mood. There are a couple of things that could be improved but nothing that impacts the final result. All changes that COULD be made would simply increase workflow. I am really pleased with this company as a whole- from quality, to service.

Great Quality Clothing at excellent prices! Print quality was superb! Did have an issue with the printing being on the wrong side of the clothing which wasn't a template issue but still good!

Printful offers a robust integration with rock-solid support, and a product list that cater to a broad spectrum of customers. Their white labeling process is amazing, and they are a huge part of our growing success.

Products are great. I do have a slight issue with the measuring tool when it comes to designing hoodies. It seems there has been errors.

Maxmo Apparel. Seems pretty awesome so far and that I can add my own label tag in all my products. I like how you can design all kinds of things. I will see how well it will sell. Thanks though! I would recommend and try it out.

Works great syncing my t-shirts, hats, and canvas artwork to my shopify store. The quality of the products are great as well for my print-on-demand business.

Simple and very efficient. The app is great for who is starting in the dropshipping business. The prices are ok.

Wonderful app, easy to use. I prefer using the full site than the app in shopify, but the iteration is pretty seamless. It's easy to upload & create designs.

While I enjoy using Printful for most of the apparel on my website and love that they keep adding more. One thing that is a huge red flag is the lack of great customer service. Anytime I "chat" with a rep; they're always very rude and not enthused about helping the customer solve an issue. I'm leaving this review after a one year observation because I'm not the one who goes around writing reviews for every issue but I felt like this review was needed. Work on your customer service because it sucks.

Its a beautiful app that helps anybody who have a print on demand store. I just launch my new store and its very hepful.

Best print on demand service by FAR!!! Quick with both large and small orders, and also with great app navigation. Super easy to understand and use!

There really needs to be a better way of approving a design change by Printful Design team. I was confused about how to approve the changes so I do not know if it went through. Thank you.

I used this app to add mock ups to my site. They make drop shipping easy as pie. I really love how it is so seamless.

Be careful. The products in Printful will also load EVERYTHING from your store into their application. So when you go back in, you will see other items from other suppliers. The advice I was given from Printful was to either 'ignore' or "Delete" them from your Printful account. This advice was ill-advised, because if you 'Delete' it from the Printful account IT WILL ALSO DELETE IT FROM YOUR STORE. I lost everything but my Printful designs. As I don't wish to double handle my products, I'm deleting the app entirely and using another Printer instead - the other printers app doesn't seem to have this issue. Shame, because I was very happy with Printful. But this is just too much. ----------------------------------------------------------- Crazy easy to use. I'm a complete amateur and yet I've got all my stuff up and on my store in less than a day. Support staff are also prompt and knowledgeable.
