The limited number of available colors for shirts are a drawback. Won't work for me. Why list so many colors when only a few are available?

Your prices are too high on all your items. There are other outlets that perform the same things that charge less. Also, your limited variety is a problem.

Great for me and I can make own design and trying to sell also. Definitely I will do a good business also using this apps

I cant find another site that not only does what they do, but do it as easily!! Ive looked to see if there are any other apps or companies that do, cant find any. The mock up generator is super clutch! The only thing that would be awesome, is if they had a design AI like customink

I wish to change my review for I have seen the light shinning deep in my soul. The light that is the Printful nature of products that I can now ship from my store. This tool far exceeds the other options available.

It is a wonderful program and easy to use and I advise dealing with them, they always deserve the best

Really Easy to use. Offers great designs and great products. Highly recommend using this app if you're dropshipping or starting out an online business or even just for a b'day gift.

This is the best POD for shopify. I have tested couple of POD's, But Printful are the best. Top quality items, top quality prints and fast delivery. I have used direct order at Printful, and last month I started using Shopify, and tested some POD's. Once Prinful customer, always Printful customer.

Getting better all the time. I can always count on quality products and a quality print job, and all delivered quickly. I wish the all the apparel mock-ups were available with models, but hopefully that will come soon.

Integration works great with our Shopify store and the customer service experience via chat is even better!

I had my FIRST order 6 days ago...now 6 days later,they just 'picked' order...they said I ordered 4 days ago,but I definitely didn't....so another 1-2 day,maybe 3 to fulfill....then goes the shipping time....nice,my first order...very nice

The integration is good, but they take to long to fulfill orders 6 days to fulfill and 11 delivered with standard shipping and they said 5 to 7 days delivered

This app is really easy to use. You can see what ur design is gunna look like on their products. I haven't ordered any samples yet but I will soon. But thats all I have for now since i cant say anything about the printing or products or shipping. I will be back to give a full review once I have knowledge of those things.

Customer service here are abysmal. I ordered a hoodie on the 21st of November, expecting it would be here within the week, there was an issue with the design which they fixed, also letting me know that I had accidentally chosen the pickup option, and let me know that I could pay for shipping and get my shirt in the mail within the coming days. On the 27th, they charged my and claimed my shirt was already shipped using overnight shipping. It's now the 5th of December and they just let me know that they haven't even shipped out the shirt yet, so after asking for a refund, they told me I could only get account credits since the shirt has already been printed (mind you this is over 2 weeks after placing an order, 7 days after shipping confirmation). Customer service are slow and rude, I will dispute the payment with the bank - avoid working with Printful.

Printful is the print-on-demand company we use the most. They are a great company but their customer service needs some improvement. I spent HOURs trying to find out the size of the inside label of the shirts they provide. The size (which they say is 3x3 inches) refers to the whole label, not the logo that you put in their pre-made label. There's no specific size for the logo size and it's not provided ANYWHERE, including the templates and size guides for the shirts. I've contacted customer support numerous times and no one can seem to help with such a seemingly easy task... *facepalm*

horrible customer support. zero effort and understanding. even if you explain the issue as if you would to a child, they still do not get it. horrible.

Update: Still 1 star review. Printful has sent a client a product from another store. This made my brand look extremely unprofessional especially since that brand had warehouse items of way lower quality. They are not even bothering to reply and solve this issue. Been using printful for 3 years. I think it is safe to say that I have issues with 50% of my orders. They just shipped the wrong product to a client from warehousing, and more than half the shipments either get lost or are bounced back. They lack better and more reliable shipping options - especially internationally. Shipping internationally usually only has 1 tracking option and for some reason they always charge huge duties on arrival - way over ticket price. This is a real bummer since they have a state of the art facility which i've been to personally and I am sad to be forced to leave them since I can't operate a reliable company with an irresponsible supplier like Printful.

I don't have words to describe how pleased I am with the integration of Printful with Shopify and other marketing platforms! It is easy and seamless. The app itself performs flawlessly - as any app should. The print quality is also outstanding and they only print on the finest fabrics. I just wish Printful's prices weren't as high as they are (as compared to other POD suppliers) and I wish that they didn't automatically charge sales tax for 36 states and VAT for countries outside the USA. Integration is flawless and quality is above standard, but every time I turn around there is another "cha-ching." This adds to my overall price that I must charge the end consumer, which ultimately makes me less competitive.

Great App ! amazing quality, but price are high to make a nice profit while keeping the retail price affordable for customers.

Ran about 4 samples different quality of shirts/ inconsistent with colors. Even had them redo my design. Black looks faded on white shirt. The labeling & packaging are good. It's alot of incentives to leave a good review stay woke people.

Great app! The integration with Shopify is quite seamless and impressive. I am very pleased with both services.
