Awesome and simple app to set up and use. Have not done any sales through it yet, so I cannot rate the order integration yet,

The app is great and the design process makes it easy. But the steps after that are not so good. Slow processing on orders. When ever I bring it up i get the same answer most orders are processed in 2 days and shipped out after that. that must happen to customers who bring in lots of money or favored customers.

Very basic. A lot of arbitrary restrictions when it comes to variants. Working with prints and can only create size variants. 2 prints of the same size cannot variate for a single product, which is very restrictive. Got a print that comes in slight color variations? Out of luck. Cannot variate products based on medium. Same print as wrapped canvas or poster, cannot be variants. Can only variate by color.

used to loved the app, but now they added 10$ for worldwide shipping. So - one t-shirt costs like 12$, which make it 22$ for every person that is not from USA/EUROPE/CANADA. i used to sell shirts at 20$. now i have to change ALL OF MY PRODUCTS PRICES 10$ shipping worldwide is a lot for a t-shirt. A LOT i lost money because of that. have never received a mail or a phone call about it. but what can i do? all of my products are based on Printful.

I use this app to create apparel designs. I like that now th mock-up has people. I hope to eventually collaborate for custom product production by printiful.

I like to work with these guys, they are great! They help me a lot. Their sai integrates into my store, it is very convenient.

Great app with a ot of prducts: I am missing some products easy to manufacture (I think) like rubber bracelets or neck key holders or card holders for events. Keep it up.

Love Printful. Great design features and the ability to do layers in the printfile is awesome. Only thing that makes me keep tabs on all the other apps are the prices. Some, like the totes and socks just make them unsellable. Otherwise I'd be a dedicated customer for life...

awesome integration with the shopify online store. seamless and fun. The choices are huge, the options make you drool, the freedom makes your creativity rush.

The Printful app is very user-friendly, it's easy to create new products and very easy to sync these products with the Shopify store. The customer support team on the other hand is why I'm giving this app a 1 star. I was excited to us Printful for my dropshipping business. After ordering my first customized product and paying extra for shipping to get it quickly, I realized how unreliable this service is. DHL is claiming that they never got the package from Printful and Printful is claiming that DHL lost the package. It's been 21 days since the order was shipped and Printful in now asking me if I want to re-order or get a refund. There are other Print on Demand services in the Shopify app store other than Printful worth checking out.

I recently had issues with their customer service and the alignment in one of my samples but was satisfied with the level of professionalism when they followed up via email investigating the problem and sharing feedback with their team. I'm happy to choose them as a main provider to my new store.

A business owner and one man shop who does it all. This is a great App for anyone who is starting a retail store. Saves you time and money! What I would like to see more of though, are eco-friendly clothing Made in the USA for genders and accessories. Look forward to seeing more additions!

I use this app to sell products online and to allow customers to upload their custom images. The goal is to allow customers the freedom to be creative. So far it has been pretty easy to get started.
