I used this app to help build my brand, i have used many print on demand services and in my personal opinion printful is the best.

I love the app ,it really helps me a lot .They are great. They work very well , and deliver on time.

--To update-- I understand the problem very well and my concerns are not related to the days of delivery. My concerns are about the information for the customer. Why send me a satisfaction check request on the second day when you know delivery will take so long? And why do I get the information that I have to wait 20 days in addition to the expected delivery date, after a review? Times are tough, sure, but bad news is always better than no news! So my concerns are about the communication of printful. --Original-- The app as such is great. The editor is well done and made it a lot easier to design your own print pieces. So far that's positive. What doesn't work well is the shipping and the information for the customer. I have on January 5th. ordered three items. The last tracking status shows January 8th. Today we have January 16th. without that I have any further information about the whereabouts of the goods. For me, for my customers, this is a certain length of time without status. Unfortunately, I will not be able to use the service like this.

For someone that just wanted to get a few ideas out there, both of these apps have been an incredible help

Great app and integration. I used printful years back (and remember it being good then) and was pleasantly surprised how far they've come from an already great app. Simple to use but deep when you need it.

The integration with Amazon dosen't work anymore, the information on Printful web site is outdated... The discussion I have had with Printful is that Amazon has changed the process and at the moment Printful cannot help, you have to look to Amazon. By reading all the comments on the web and here, I conclude that I am not going to partner with Printful and look for another POD. .

I love this app because it has a lot of helpful tools that is needed for my online business and plenty of options and help.

Im Gegensatz zu gewissen deutschen Konkurrenten ist diese App unschlagbar im Service. Die Produkte sind hochwertig, kommen nach ca 1 Woche an, der Support reagiert schnell und ist bemüht, zu helfen. Die Bio-Produkt Auswahl ist mein absoluter Favorit, natürlich ist die Einschränkung in der Farbwahl bedauerlich. Ich hoffe das wird noch weiter ausgebaut! Als POD-Anbieter auch Europaweit auf jedenfall empfehlenswert!

I use this service to design and sell clothing and accessories through my business. I am absolutely blown away by the quality of printfuls products. Production and shipping times are very good. Would not do business anywhere else. 10/10

Not just extremely slow shipping but slow production as well. Put in a sample order last year that took a month to even start production. Have been using other providers instead. Disappointed because I wanted this to be my one stop supplier and liked the idea of in-house production. Maybe they will get better but I canʻt risk alienating my customers as a new business...

The stimates of delivery are always false: upt to a month later of the latest day of delivery, still a lots of products don't reach costumers. They don't even reimburse the costs of shipping, although them being quite high for this sector. Costumer support is lame, as they basically are there to redirect you to their webpage and not provide any support. Don't use printful: you will loose not only your time, but also your money, as they forget about you all the time. They lie continuously on their services. (I have been working with them for a whole year, and when you expect that things have been solved... they come up with a new idea to mess with you) Do you see all the 5 STARS reviews? All look the same one/two lines, without any answer from Printful... just bots. Don't fail to them.

I enjoy using this app. It’s been a seamless integration to not only design and build a catalog with items of my choosing but also to effortlessly get them across multiple sales channels with the Shopify platform.

Lots of products, fair prices, good fulfillment. Choose from hats, t-shirts, sweaters, and more. Ships to the customer in 2 weeks or so.

Easily integrated into my website! It allowed me to kick off my business without diving into inventory costs.

Printful is easy to create products and edit on Shopify. Also love that there are labels for clothing items.

So far I'm having a great experience with it - no bugs or glitches. I'd recommend it. Still looking to see how I can get more products.
