The worst of the worst. Very bad customer service. 4 out of 5 initial clients were completely disgusted by the time taken to fulfill their purchases. In a couple of cases almost 14 weeks to deliver. In another case, the product simply never arrived. One client received the package that had been opened. Simply pathetic. Do not buy the subscription plan.

This integration with Shopify really streamlines the process of placing products directly into my store. I simply create my products and add to Shopify from Printful.

Not worth the subscription plan, not efficient, and when I explained I was moving to a new provider didn't even attempt to ask if they could keep my business. The production times just seem to get longer and longer, I was told my order was printed and sitting waiting to have some review it, its now been 4 days since it was printed. I found Printify to be a more efficient, customer friendly, and responsive service, not to mentioned MUCH better pricing. I've had 11 orders already completed (with Printify) and in transit or delivered in the time I'm still waiting for a face mask from Painful to be reviewed for quality control.

The Printful app itself is pretty fantastic - very sleek, robust, and user friendly. You can tell that they've invested some money in their software. However, the first order placed with Printful had a serious issue with the printing on the second side of the shirt. Not a real confidence builder when you're looking for a quality printing partner. It was an obvious mistake and botched print that should never have gotten past any competent quality control. But, their customer service was easy to get in touch with and quickly rectified the issue by offering a reprint or refund. Not having to waste a lot of time clearing up these types of issues is a real virtue. (Two thumbs up to Santa G. for helping out.) Our second t-shirt order placed with Printful arrived just as quickly as the first (right around 8 days to be delivered - not bad at all) and the print quality was spot-on. So, we'll see how it goes in the future.

Printful's integration in Shopify is AMAZING! Not having to worry about shipping fees because they are automatically calculated in the customer's cart is SO GREAT! I am new to Shopify and assumed that all of the apps shipping fees would be integrated but they aren't so I was SO BLESSED that the 1st app I chose was Printful. It has spoiled me over using other apps. And they are extremely helpful with questions and have great videos that explain billing and the "wallet". Seriously 5 stars! To a beginner like me, Printful has been excellent. The ONLY thing I WISH, is that they offered even MORE PRODUCTS TO PRINT ON, like notepads, ornaments, clocks, placemats, watch bands, and especially heels! :) Hopefully one day soon! :) Thank you Printful and Shopify! There needs to be more apps like you available on Shopify! SERIOUSLY! I just can't stress enough that if you are new to Shopify, PRINTFUL IS A MUST!

I am surprised at easy and organized Printful is to use. There are many useful videos to show you how to do everything. It has exceeded my expectations!

The app is great for integration. I tested a product and it was fulfilled quickly, arrived on time and the t-shirts are printed extremely well with excellent quality.

Printful has the simplest and most streamlined POD integration for beginners. The print quality is as good or better than their competitors. Their service is basically free but the product pricing is a bit higher than other Print On Demand providers. The ease of use combined with accurate and punctual orders make up for the cost differential. It was easy to list items on 3rd party platforms and Printful fulfilled them with no additional help from me

I use Printful to sell throw pillows with my own designs on my webshop www.morethansilk.com. I'm really happy with the results. Colors are vibrant, the zipper is very well hidden and the overall quality is great. The integration with Shopify is very easy to use. I just wish the postal services would deliver more rapidly.

maybe printful can add some products and colors, because I feel that we are limited in terms of products we can sell on store, but the app work really good and it's fast and simple to use

For a person with no experience, I found The Printful-Print on Demand app to be amazing and easy to use! All products look good and the adding your designs is easy and straightfoward!

Having both in one is s much better and less complicated. I am personally new to having an online store and the steps on Shopify & Printful and practical.

I value the two-step authentication process used to keep my account secure. Also, it was an easy step up for do-it- your-self type people. Also, it is a positive that Shopify app enables you to integrate several different apps to help you sell your products.

Im using this app to build a t-shirt bussiness and its going smoothly so far. Maybe you should make more products if possible.

STAY AWAY THE QUALITY IS HORRIBLE!!! I HAD DOZENS OF MY CUSTOMERS COMPLAINING BECAUSE THE PRINTING IS TRASH AND IT WRINKLES AND PEELS OFF AFTER ONE WASH.... THIS IS A HUGE ISSUE THAT PRINTFUL WILL NOT FIX

Really great app so far. Product creation tool is easy to use, lots of product variety and quality seems to be good from the samples we've received. A bit more expensive than some competitors, but it's been worth it.

La aplicación es buena, su soporte es muy malo, tenía un pedido con un atraso de un mes, 2 dos pedidos más atrasados me comunique con soporte me dieron un fecha límite para que me dieran el reembolso, luego hable el día exacto de la fecha límite para pedir un reembolso y le envié una captura al agente nuevo que me contestó indicando que ya me habían dicho que hoy si los paquetes no llegaban me devolvería el dinero y el nuevo agente me dijo que no era posible le envie captura del chat al nuevo agente, me trato mal, de mentiroso, aunque en el chat indicaba exactamente todo lo que había dicho la agente anteriormente. Hoy día aún no recibo reembolso y los paquetes no llegan. Mi recomendación es trabajar con T-POP sis productos tiene mayor calidad y el tiempo de envío desde francia a estados unidos fue de 8 días. Printful se demoró literal enviar más de un mes un t-shirt a México cuando el propio t-shirt "ECO" es fabricado en el propio país. Muy mal, muy mal. Printful apesta su soporte, no saben leer los mensajes, no cumplen las promesas que dicen sus agentes y nos hacen perder horas y horas hablando con una persona que no sabe entender los mensajes. Me gustaría colocar captura del mal trato de soporte aquí pero no se puede! pero fue horrible! The application is good, its support is very bad, I had an order with a delay of one month, 2 two more backordered orders, I contacted support they gave me a deadline to give me the refund, then I spoke the exact day of the date limit to request a refund and I sent a screenshot to the new agent who replied stating that they had already told me that today if the packages did not arrive I would return the money and the new agent told me that it was not possible to send the chat capture to the new Agent, I treat myself badly, as a liar, although in the chat I indicated exactly what the agent had said previously. Today I still do not receive a refund and the packages do not arrive. My recommendation is to work with T-POP if its products have higher quality and the shipping time from France to the United States was 8 days. Printful literally took more than a month to ship a t-shirt to Mexico when the "ECO" t-shirt itself is manufactured in the country itself. Very bad very bad. Printful sucks their support, they can't read the messages, they don't keep the promises their agents say and they make us waste hours and hours talking to a person who doesn't understand the messages. I would like to place catch of the bad support treatment here but it can't! but it was horrible!

Everything you imagine is there. Easy to use, lots of choices. Synchronization is great with Shopify. All recommendations for choosing the first choice.

I really like how easy and fast it's the process to desing the products and how efficcient is the page to load in the shopify page!

Misprinted the first order going to a paid customer. Sort these reviews by "Helpful" and you will see I am far from alone here. - That is it. That should be enough of a review for any business owner. If you need more convincing that I'm not just a failed, salty, get rich quick hopeful, keep reading. Flat out refuses to reprint or refund it. It is an error caused by their negligence. The graphic is so stretched there is a 1/2 inch discrepancy between the top width and bottom width. To add: My first business was a graphic design and printing company that I sold over 15 years ago. Despite my knowledge of printing processes, and file preparation I was told my files were to blame for the abysmal print quality. The same files have printed well on several other products from equal suppliers. Customer support uses ZenDesk and will not answer real questions, but only link to articles on how to fix things. The problem is that these articles about color modes and document set up completely contradict themselves. No matter how you set it up, they have an out to claim you are at fault. I'm a serial entrepreneur that has founded several profitable businesses, and consults for large companies on fixing issues like this. Based on my interactions with Printful customer support, and the quality of product received, I can no longer in good faith recommend this company. They do not have the customer in mind, and more importantly they do not have YOUR future customers in-mind. No hard feelings, about 20 other suppliers exist. All of them with less market share which means they will work for your business, and have more bandwidth for supporting your needs. Right now Printful is Blockbuster, sitting on piles of cash and ignoring customer support requests, because they own the most market share and feel they are too big to fail. What they are failing to see is there are about 35 Netflix like companies waiting to take their customers and treat them well. Do yourself a favor and use one of the other great options. I'm in a fortunate situation where these types of errors won't sink me. That said if I was just starting out and trying to keep costs low this very well may have bankrupted me. Also good to note that it will take a long time, and multiple sample prints (That you will have to pay for) to make sure your customers are getting what they paid for. Even after that process there is no guarantee of quality. In-fact their terms of service state they can misplace a print up to 1 entire inch. A shirt with a 1 inch discrepancy would still be sent to your customer, and you as the business owner may lose a customer and never be notified. If that isn't enough to convince you to steer clear, Printful actually tried to upsell me their "Design Services" in response to my complaints that their document set up articles contradict each other. Looking forward to the standard copy and paste response from a rep blaming all of this on me, the customer. Shopify, I can prove all of this. I have the receipts. Please contact me should this company ask to remove my review. Anyway, Shopify fam, happy Friday! I hope you have a great 2021, and your conversion rates stay high. :)
