Great app. Definitely made the preordering process better for customers on my site. Great support team

Works as all apps should. Very user-friendly and looks great on the page. I believe this one is a winner.

We used this for our Black Friday and set up one of our most requested items with this app for pre-order. However, after the first couple days the app stopped working all together. We are no longer able to access the app, and since the app is no longer running on our site the customers are no longer aware of the pre-order or the date the items will be shipped. Customers are assuming the item is in stock and ready to ship to them. The only customer service they have is by email, which I have emailed at the beginning of business day and have yet to receive a response.

So far great app and support. Highly recommend it. I did contacted support about 1 question and got response quickly. Love it.

There's a lot of flexibility, which is good but means there is a little bit of a learning curve. But, overall it is working for us at Kyrgies.com.

4 days into our trial and we're really loving this app. Our customers can pre-order seamlessly and it merges nicely with our shopify inventory and incoming transfers.

I use this app for my vinylrecord pre-releases. The app is very helpfull to arrange the big amount of upcoming releases.

Easy app to use and has boosted sales within the first day we had it installed. I Customer Service is also very easy to work with and they were very helpful with all my questions.

This is a great app. It's easy to use, and easy to update. The few times I've had trouble with it, the Help Desk has been amazing. Very kind and very quick. Bravo.

This is a great app! I am now able to put items on pre-order easily instead of having to mark these items as pre-order in the description and then remember to go back and change that. There are no misunderstandings with my customers now as to when their item will typically ship. I can process the order and not worry about it again until I receive the product to ship out. Everything happens in the background flawlessly.

Pre-order banner shows up even if your first variant is available for immediate purchase. If you want to display your item as being available for immediate purchase as variant 1 and preorder as variant 2, the pre-order badge will still display on your home/collection screen. It doesn't make any sense if you would like your customers to be able to preorder the item once it runs out. Works fine if you just need the listing to say preorder available now Edit: apparently the owner doesn’t like honest and fair reviews and will message you asking you to delete it if you leave one. Professional.

Excellent App. Very happy with this app so far - I needed to set some products up for preorder status and it was easy to choose which products and variants to edit within the app. I was going for a couple of other apps but decided to give this one a go and I'm glad I did. You can add badges on your products with 'preorder' and customize for it to suit your webstore. You can also edit the preorder button, the messages to be displayed and as a bonus this shows up on the homepage as well. Watch the short but informational video before using the app. strongly recommend this app!
