great app. We use it for items that are not available or located in a 2nd warehouse. Very flexible and powerful. Great app.

I needed an easy way to set up my pre order items manually or based on condition, with no impact on the checkout or payment process. If you have this kind of requirements, go for this app, you won't be disappointed. On top of this, the support team is great : always fast to answer and helpful. They even adjusted the app for my specific case for free. UPDATE : There is no way to translate the 'Pre-order' buttons via Langify or any other method. Don't use this if you're looking for a multilinguage solution.

The app is flexible and makes it very clear to customers what to expect with our pre-order items. Customer support is amazing and solved my problem very quickly.

i've got this app running in my store now and im really happy with it. It was easy to set up and its great to be able to set a future delivery date.

Works great to allow us to sell items that are not in stock but we can order. I love the customization options.

I have installed this app a few weeks ago and it does work great. I am collecting orders from loyal customers that are happy to buy from my store and wait a few days instead of looking elsewhere. Also I can launch and sell products before they arrive and get paid immediately. I am normally too lazy to leave reviews but I believe I owe it to this great great app.

Works great. Super easy. Love that you can enable or disable pre-order on a variant level. Great app!

This app is easy to use and straightforward. The team has been extremely helpful too! I had to get the pre-order label to look the same as the 'sale' label and they were quick to act on it! Would definitely recommend them to other merchants :)

I needed a solution that would notify visitors that I could get an item (when it wasn't in stock), but that it would be 7-10 days until they would get it. This app made it possible for me to communicate this to shoppers in a way that they would still order it. This has been great for a new retailer with limited funds for inventory!

Quick support to get the app up and running, when needed. Works fine and is easy to adjust the look and feel.

Have only just installed and set up the app on our store and we have already had pre-ordered sales. This app has been great solving our preorder issues! Great work!

I used this app as a trial, but I personally don't think I'll be using it again as a paid service. Unfortunately there were no instant chats to help assist when there were errors, and would take 24hours to get an answer, only to be further delayed due to time differences. The product badges were too large, and a few functions weren't displaying as I had made in settings. Overall, I think if it were a free app, I would contemplate using it...but that's just my experience!

Verrrry good. Would like to see response from my customers. if the sales is encouraging, will continue with this app. how is wish they are able to make it less expensive ...it's a monthly charge. but it is good.

This app allowed the status of items to shift automatically from sold out to pre order so that customers only buy a pre order filling knowing that its an out of stock item. This allows us to maintain high customer service levels while only selling OOS items to customers comfortable with pre-ordering.

Extremely easy to install. Downloaded 2 other apps for pre-orders that i couldnt get to work first. Then downloaded this app and worked perfectly. Thank you!

So, it basically does what it claims, but its really glitchy, they got a lot of bugs to work out. There are times when it just sits there updating for a really long time. Time is money right, so, it needs to be faster at what it does.

Phenomenal feature for any type of pre-orders! Shopify is the perfect platform for small businesses. We will certainly share our experiences with everyone.

I'm impressed. I thought I had found a better cheap option...I was wrong lol this is the only way to go for pre-orders.

I haven't had a chance to use the App much yet but I can say that my experience with Customer Service has been stellar! If the App is that good then I will be very impressed!

This app basically saved my life! We have products that are both ready to ship and made to order. The app really facilitates our inventory management, plus the client knows right away whether they will receive their order shortly or will have to wait a couple of weeks! Easy to use, design that adapts to your team, and many customizable options! I highly recommend it! :D

The pre-order app is very useful and makes it very easy for customers to place a pre-order and you can add information about the estimated arrival time of the pre-order item. Customers are not left guessing and know what to expect. It is a great app!

This app works very well. It's easy to setup and the notes on the product page, checkout and order confirmation provide for effective communication with customers.

Super simple to set up and get running. Does exactly what it says! I recommend this if you have a need to take orders but don't have the product ready to go yet.
