The app was soooo easy to set up and use! I didn't even have to watch their training. In addition, I had to contact the support system to get the "Pre-paid" banner across the item picture, and they responded within minutes and had everything set up in a timely manner. I have been searching for a pre-order app for some time . I tried a couple but they just didn't yield the expected results. Then I found this app with was so user friendly , easy to set up and customer service was exceptional. We had a little issue with the preorder button and the preorder banner which was solved quickly by Miezty. I used this app to set up a preorder facility on our shopify site, it was easy to install and easy to navigate. I had to get customer support help with adding the preorder badge on the product image. The customer support by email was very efficient and got my problem sorted straight away. I couldn't understand how to use the live chat feature, that didn't work for me but emailing customer support did .
