We don't generally really leave reviews but after the service we received, we thought it only right. I think out of all of the apps on our store, Timesact has the most reactive customer service going. They are very fast in resolving any issues to get the app working just as you would like. Would highly recommend!!

This app has helped me acquire new leads and know what to restock my store with in advanced. I did my onboarding call with June and she was OUTSTANDING. She helped answer every one of my questions and directed her team to do implementations on my store that I requested super speedily. June was very kind and made it fun to install and learn about the app.

The app works brilliantly and is very easy to setup and use. My theme had a lot of customisations in it so by default one aspect of the app did not work. This was the 'Pre Order' badge on the product images. I reached out to support about this and within 1 hour all was fixed. The response time was amazing and the easy laid back nature of getting the task done by Miezty was a joy and very encouraging. I would highly recommend this app for anybody. Great work Miezty and Timesact.

I tried a few apps before landing on Timesact. The app interface is the best of the bunch, and the customer service was super fast, even over holidays and weekends. They solved the issues quickly, and we were up and running.

This feature has helped us retain customers by tracking an allowing pre orders on sought after items. Technical support even went as far as to reach out on social when our outlook was down.

So far we've had an amazing experience with Timesact. Integrating the app was quick and easy, the support team was really great about getting me set up quickly and answering any questions I had. I went this Timesact after looking at what was available and seeing they had so many five star reviews. The reviews were definitely accurate. Can't wait to use all the features Timesact has to offer

It does everything we need it to do! I installed it, needed a little tech support to get the badges showing up on all collection pages and within hours the Timesact team had sorted it all out for me. Very happy with this app.
