I am very new with setting up a shop and all that goes along with it. I was easily able to add my products on my own and then had the onboarding session which was super helpful in navigating the app and learning about some better ways to serve my customers. So far brilliant and easy to use bearing in mind I am not very technical. I had a couple of small issues, but Rommel answered and sorted my queries very quickly. So far I think its a great app, am still testing and learning, does what I wanted at a good price. Thankyou.

He took the time to patiently explain how to use the Timesact Pre-Order app, and when we found a few issues during setup, he promptly escalated them and resolved them within minutes. The onboarding session was so helpful. I had played around with the app and got the basics correct, but the little tweaks to the code needed for a customized Theme was beyond my capabilities, to add the banners and badges to product codes etc. I was even helped to speed up my site a little. 5 stars for sure! The app is great and has a lot of features. Also, I've reached out twice for support and it has always been timely and with great results. The free onboarding session is definitely worth it to learn about all the features available that are easy to enable. I like that I can use one app for several things (pre-orders, coming soon, back in stock), which makes it easier to manage my store.

Support is very responsive and helpful. Will get on a call with you if needed, even with short notice. Price is very reasonable for being a small business. A lot of great functionalities. Always room for improvement but overall a solid App.

Confusing at first, but once you go through the onboard presentation the app is really easy to use and very helpful for sales.

Quick and simple to use. Noticed a small issue with Pre-Order tag appearing on Product page. Submitted inquiry. Fixed the issue quickly and promptly, all within a day. Great Customer Service Support.
