This app is AMAZING considering we are a small business. The support staff online are fabulous with helping you out if you are ever in a jam.

I am currently loving this app and it's absolutely useful and easy to navigate. I've had questions which I used the chat and was able to get them answered quickly!

Kyler is amazing and quickly helped me to solve my problem! Can't say enough good things about post-script customer service!

Don’t get involved with them. Postscript was amazing. We tried multiple SMS platforms- we finally felt at "home" Peter helped us get setup and he was great. Then we worked one on one with Joe, his patience and knowledge to get the most out of the app was amazing. Then we kept getting passed from person to person and now- now they won’t strategize with us monthly at all. Seems like they have a ton of turn over. Ran and operated very poorly. Not iPhone friendly.

Love the customer service! Kyler was SO nice and helpful, answered all of my questions, and clarified some concerns.

First of all the customer service is top tier! I had multiple questions on how to use the app and they answered all of my questions with no problem. The app is easy to use now and appears user friendly. I feel like a winner with this app now. I switched to this company from a previous app who had bad customer service and an ancient looking user face. I believe Postscript is actually cheaper too. Another plus! Love this app!

Love this app! I initially had trouble getting it to automatically pop-up on my site but I chatted with Faith from customer service and she was SO helpful! Got it done for me exactly how I wanted.

Porshai was so helpful in explaining my questions about segments. Not only did she verify my work, but she thoroughly explained how this feature will work in the future.

Porshai from the postscripts team was so helpful. We where not able to log into our app and connect with customers. She found the issue and make another long in for both of our stores while we reach out to shopify to get the issue fixed so we are still able to log in and connect with client. It's pretty awesome!!! It's much better to use than Klaviyo's SMS. Which I think that Klaviyo does well with email. But Postscripts does very well with SMS sign ups and really engaging. The only thing I'd like for them to change is their dashboard and the way we can view subscribers much easily.
