Okay, so let me tell you about Faith! She is a total rockstar. I have contacted support teams from Facebook, Shopify, Smile rewards, and Postscript all in the past 3 days and Faith by far has been the most helpful, knowledgeable, and informative! Postscript was recommended to me as the leading SMS platform for Shopify, and they have some good features that are hard to find. However, the honest truth is I can't say Postscript is reliable enough to recommend. It's littered with bugs and frequently either fails to send automations or sends them in error, which is a real liability to our communications with our most valuable customers. I've probably spent weeks of my time as a founder working with their support team to resolve bugs and problems with their product. Customer support was initially helpful but frequently fails to follow up and requires reminders from me to solve problems. A recent issue with Postscript caused an order to initiate without a customer's consent, and 7 weeks later we're still waiting on an explanation or resolution. I've worked on software startups for a decade and cannot understand the poor technology execution at Postscript. They are abundantly capitalized, with a large engineering team, and the product cannot be relied upon to do what it promises to do.

When I want to send text messages, it sends text messages, and their support is fantastic. I'd recommend postscript to anybody who wants to do SMS.

Faith has been such a big help! I am still familiarizing myself with the platform but she has walked me through necessary steps and even created a video showing how to create a coupon. Great support! I do think the platform is hard to navigate and not super user-friendly but that might change the more I use it!

I was experiencing a few issues with my Klaviyo/Postscript integration, and the customer support team at Postscript is unlike any other support team I've ever worked with. Every time I use the chat feature, someone responds immediately and actually sounds like you're talking to a friend. The team has gone above and beyond to help me solve my problem (including sending screenshots and asking really good questions). Usually with other customer support teams, you create a ticket that is answered in a while in a vague/scripted way. HUGE shout out to Faith from the Postscript team for truly acting as an extension of our team and helping expedite approval processes for us. Faith tried MANY different solutions to try to assist and I appreciated her persistence and resourcefulness. Highly recommend knowing you WILL get the support you need.

I opened up my site with new items for the week and the app was down and inoperable. I was unable to send out notifications for our items and the timing it crucial. Still am not hearing any response from customer service. Very disappointed
