Just signed up today and customer service has already been extremely helpful! I’m switching over from Slicktext because I immediately learned how much better PostScripts is in comparison.

So far I am loving this app! It makes SMS marketing really easy to implement and understand. Everyone on the Postscript team that I've interacted with is incredibly helpful and kind!

Postscript is a great SMS app with a nice interface. Easy to use and great support via chat. I use many of these type of apps and this is a top choice.

I needed an app to help market better to my customers and stumbled across Postscript. After setting it all up Zev reached out to me and offered his help. He did most of, what I felt would've been, the hard work for me. Now I'm ready to do what I gotta do. This app has such a great ease of use!

Still in the free trial phase but we're loving it! As a store, we're new to SMS marketing and Postscript has made the transition to this new medium incredibly seamless and easy. Their interface is very straightforward and simple to use and you'll be up and running in no time. Plus their website is full of tips and tricks and when in doubt, their live chat is the best. Always incredibly responsive, no waiting, and very friendly. If you're lucky enough to work with Shannon, she's one of the best people I've ever worked with on a live chat platform. Like I said, we're still new to SMS Marketing and Postscript, but so far, so good. We've even had other SMS companies reach out and try to snag us away but Postscript has everything we need and more between automation, segmentation, campaigns, creativity, and integration with existing apps.

I had an issue where my sms was fired before I finalized the scheduling process. I contacted customer support and they immediately answered me (even when it was a weekend). They found the bug and they fixed it in record time. They also kept me informed during the whole process of what was going on. Excellent customer support

I tried to use this app it took us 2 days to try to figure everything out, finally got our first text message out and then we find out that there was an automated welcome message with a discount code we didn't set up or know about. Was completely off brand and not something we wanted I even had told someone in chat help that we didn't want anything automated right now. Will be looking for a different app for our SMS needs

Simply what a great product - the value is amazing but nonetheless the customer service is exceptional and fast! Thank you for that, highly recommended. Shannon you're a rockstar!

Great app so far they are helping me get set up now. I'm having to adjust their templates to sound less buggy and more personal but that is Ok.

Postscript has been the best user experience out of any app! Their entire team has been proactive to assist me in getting started & show me any tips to maximize their platform for SMS. Also, if you ever have any questions, their customer support answers & resolves your questions within 5 minutes... Highly recommend. You'd be a fool to go elsewhere!

I love this app better than SMS Bump. Postscript has many different features and easy to use. I am currently on the free plan. Also, the customer service is very fast in replying and amazing.

So far so good. Easy setup, great step by step guidance on compliance regulations. Really strong segment & automation features.

The customer service is fantastic. They were able to assist our brand in bringing our previous customer subscribers to their platform. The analytics and segmentation of the lists are well coordinated and we definitely recommend Postscript SMS if you're looking to improve open rates and reach your most valuable customers.

This is the best SMS service. They don't charge for incoming texts. The transparent analytics and the straight up billing makes the service trustworthy and easy to use. The ability to set up numerous automations will keep you in constant contact with your shoppers. I have seen a 10x ROI for over a year. Tried another service, they did not even come close to Postscript.

I used the 30 day trial and generated an insane amount of income, it pays for itself! Started the paid subscription today and already paid for the month with the first sale from the campaign! Zev with customer service was super helpful in getting my first text out! Do yourself a favor and get this APP!
