This is a VERY capable SMS marketing solution. We're a very customer-centric brand, so having the right communication tools is essential. We looked at a few competitors but Postscript just had more of the features we needed: international sending, 2-way replies, MMS, easy integrations with the rest of our marketing-tech tools, and more! The cherry on top is the customer service! They're super helpful and always there when you need them. Shout out to Shannon and Zev for being rock stars.

The customer service team & Shannon are freaking amazing! If you aren't using this app, YOU NEED TO! They answer right away and provide so much help! Plus, they are SUPER friendly! Best experience of my day! Will ALWAYS continue to use them & refer my business owner friends! THANKS SHANNON FOR SAVING MY DAY!

Did the trial, if you are in the UK or outside the USA forget it you will soon get angry customers as postscript are in the USA when customers subscribe they get charged a premium rate text charge and you will soon get inundated with angry customers once they have received their phone bills like we have. You cannot edit a customer once subscribed and that's all you get from support is we are sorry this doesn't work as you are in the UK. All in all they have a good platform but it is very focused on USA customers. When I told them I wanted to leave and to remove my customers they said they couldn't I told them Shopify insists and they said ok we will raise a ticket a week later no communication, their support is good at first but soon dwindles. Sorry just being honest!

Best SMS tool for Shopify and really helpful support and service! If you're in need of a way to get started with SMS, look no further.

Great start-up support! Can't wait for the rest! Zev is super funny with all the .gif -ting and treats us like we are celebrity queens.

Support is top notch. Their team is "Johhny on the Spot" responsive. It integrates well with other platforms and is extremely versatile. Been using them for over a year and pretty happy. They have given a lot of personalized support and consulting, which is a must for a brand like us with a lean team and no dedicated role for this. Feel like more of a partnership than a "number" like you do with some of the bigger platforms out there.
