I have truly enjoyed Postscript and the flows have been something new that my customers (and pocketbook) are loving. Postscript also has AMAZING customer service and have even helped me out with an issue on a holiday. Highly recommend!

My favorite thing about postscript, besides how easy it is, is the customer service. I get responses within the hour at most and have always received amazing service, and fixed any questions or issues I had. They're super cool and nice! The app itself is so easy to use. It helps me track my ROI easily, and is easy to schedule all my texts in advance. Being able to include photos and links are great and it even gives you a suggested "strength" to your text! Love this app and the people who work here!

So far so good! I was looking for a full service SMS system and this is it! They have all of the SMS marketing tools already built in and the interface is clean and easy to use. The conversion rate for the various settings, like for when customers first subscribe has been pretty darn good so far too! Also, I used a different platform before and they did not have half these features and charged way more! I can't wait to start sending out campaigns!

We just started using Postscript and so far so good! Have had a couple of questions and Postscript Customer Service has gotten back to me within 5 minutes each time. Very helpful and walked me through everything. We have definitely seen an uptake in sales with Postscript also. I'm sure as we get everything set up better, we will see an even bigger difference! Can't wait!

Postscript was been an excellent tool for my online store so far. Customers sign up with ease and its easy to manage from my phone or computer. Postscript solves all of our issues for an automated 2-way SMS solution. Not only is it an intuitive setup, but they have plenty of tools (abandoned cart, shipping tracking) and integrations (Recharge, Klaviyo, Gorgias) that make this a seamless solution for us. And their support is SO HELPFUL, especially Zev. They'll get you set-up with all of the SMS best practice tips and tricks.

Postscript is a great tool for sms marketing. For our brand being able to have each app talk to each other is super important and postscript has really good integrations with ReCharge and Gorgias. Plus their live chat is super fast!

An amazing investment! Great customer service! My texts account for 15-20% of my sales. I can't help but think, that's 15-20% I wouldn't have if I didn't have Postscript! Definitely worth it! Highly recommend.

A fantastic app, with incredible features. I'm definitely pleased that they allow integrations & offer a 30-day trial for me to get the hang of things. Customer service is very helpful & responsive. I needed help getting setup and they walked me through it easily and quickly. I tried other SMS apps and this is the best one so far without a doubt.
