Love using Postscript! There was such an ease of use in getting up and running and getting started with implementing our SMS marketing . Highly recommend!

Customer Service (particularly Porshai) is excellent. App works great! Best marketing for my business.

Went with this company because they were labeled as the 'underdog', more personable with lower prices. While these are definitely true, they have beyond exceeded my expectations in just less than 1 week! From the detailed onboarding courses and tutorial videos, to the 24 hour customer service to the zoom help calls have all been amazing. The platform to create SMS flows is easy to use and beginner friendly. Can't wait to see my company succeed with SMS!

Postscripts has been so easy to set up! I had a few questions and Taylor on chat support was so easy to chat and work with! Pricing of the program is incredible with unlimited number of keywords and plenty amount of credits!

We saw results almost instantly, and the customer service is extremely knowledgable and quick to respond. Also, the backend is easy to use with quality analytics. We were hesitant to enter the world of SMS marketing as we thought it was a little gimmicky, but it's absolutely here to stay at this point!

Great support from launch to ongoing scale up. They are there every step of the way. Prompt, engaging, and knowledgeable. I like the credit based system so I always know where I am on my budget. We had a bad experience with the first SMS provider we tried, but Postscript addressed every issue we had. The integration with Shopify is well-crafted so you have complete control and can do sophisticated segmentations. SMS with Postscript is shaping up to be perhaps our biggest marketing win of the year.

As a brand-new user of SMS apps like Postscript, I can say one thing for certain – their customer support is top-notch. I messaged using their chat feature. Porshai from Postscript responded promptly. Over the course of 45 minutes, I then proceeded to bombard her with 13 detailed questions about functionality and settings. She answered each of them in a complete, thorough, and easy to understand manner. I could not be more impressed with Postscript’s customer service. In fact, the day before I emailed them with some simple questions and received a prompt response also. So far, I really like Postscript. It’s very robust, easy to use and it appears to work flawlessly in my tests. While I give Postcript’s customer support 5 stars, I have to rate the overall app as 4 stars for one reason. It lacks the ability to sync email addresses into the Shopify customer database. I don’t need Postscript to do any email marketing for me, but I do need a way to automatically sync customer email addresses it captures in its email pop up. Let me explain - the way it stands now, a customer completes a Postscript pop up entering their email address, however the customer’s email is not synced with anything so I have to manually download a CSV file within Postscript then manually upload the emails to Shopify’s customer database. The only way around this is to integrate Postscript with Klayvio and Klayvio can auto-sync the email addresses into their email marketing app. I checked SMS Bump and they have the same issue – you need Klayvio to auto-sync emails. Perhaps Zappier can work to integrate Postscript with Shopify’s email database but I have to look into it. In summary, if automated email syncing between Postscript and Shopify is not critical for you and you don’t mind uploading the captured emails yourself, then I highly recommend Postscript and give it 5 stars – and if you have any reservations, reach out to their customer support which I am sure will be amazing.

Great app very user friendly. The support team is always there to help. If you are looking for a sms marketing app I highly suggest this one.

In the last 30 days, Postscript has generated almost $15K. We've been using them exclusively for text and sms marketing for about 2 months and LOVE LOVE it. So many reason to love it. The integrations with Klaviyo and Recharge are fantastic. Plus the Postscript team reaches out, takes the time to suggest other automations, and sets them up for you. Sean from Customer Service is particularity talented at this. I started on the lowest subscription but have since bumped up to paying $800 a month....but I'm making $15K and can tell from codes that the attribution is pretty spot on. UPDATE: Jan 5, 2022 - Postscript continues to be an integral part of our marketing. Andrew, my rep, brings me fresh ideas to make my text marketing campaigns really sing. Recently Porshai from support helped me so quickly, I was like, "Whoa". Everything is easy with Postscript. They truly feel like part of the team.
