We really love all the options for the popups. The feature to exclude the popup showing from selected visitor sources like emails is critical to us. We don't want our popup showing to our email subscribers that are visiting our website from a link in an email campaign, lead funnel or post-purchase funnel. The support is quick, too. Whenever we've had a question it's answered promptly. Try it!

We've only had Justuno for a short period of time but already can't image running our store without it. Such a powerful and reliable app that generates significant revenue that would have otherwise been lost. We love how you can customise just about any aspect you can think of. Looking forward to taking full advantage of all the features as our store grows.

The interface is a little clunky and confusing at first, but it seems to be an effective tool.

Seamless process, worked perfectly

Loving this so far! Just started using but the dashboard is so easy to use and I can't wait to see how this improves my email list signups.

It's been good so far. Occasionally, it's not displaying for some users and I can't seem to figure out why. But overall, it's been good.

Having used it for a week now, I can say that all the trouble you go through to make this app work, pays off when you run the campaigns. It's fairly intuitive once you understand why you need to go through the steps. Also, although the support to help clarify issues was originally slow, they answered all my questions and helped me set up my pop-ups correctly. For a start-up, with limited traffic to the site, all these features are quite useful to have without paying for them. I am inclined to change my ratings of this app. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ I am on trial. Too much information to set up your promotion, cluttered all through the setup process. I struggled for 3 hours then reached support but haven't heard back on my query. Also, it makes you pick other third-party email verification integration step if you're running a campaign to collect emails. Not impressed!

Update: I think I figured out why it's not showing up; apparently my store gets too many visitors per month so I would need to pay $50/month to use the app. I happened to notice a small message in the top-right of the app. That's a bit excessive for a simple pop-up app. Too bad Shopify apps don't let you pay "one time" for an app like you can with a theme. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - This app "requires" that you write a review in order to have the free version work, so that's what I'm doing. But before writing the review it seemed to be working. However, even though it says my pop-up is "live" and it should be showing to all visitors, nothing is happening, so I came back to write a review and see if that kicks it started. Also, it keeps telling me to configure my coupon code when I try to save and publish the promotion (even though I've done it several times). Overall I'm very frustrated with the app and feel like I've wasted a lot of time figuring it out.

We have been using Justuno for another of our websites. THis is the second time we use them for our new jewelry website. Very happy and highly recommend it.
