There are so many features and helpful customer service.

I have made my pop-ups so easily and quickly by using justuno. Mobile exit pop up is fantastic. I highly recommend this app.

I started paying for the App a few months ago. I was always logged in under a previous email. That email address has been deleted so I have no way to recover the password or login. I got an inital response from "Matt" from customer service acknowledging my issue. Now It's been a few days since that initial response, and I've contacted their support each day and getting no response. I contacted them again yesterday and today and have heard nothing. I am spending $1,000s on FB ads and I believe an old JustUno popup is popping up, so you can imagine how annoying this is that I can't modify it to correlate with the FB ads. All I'm trying to do is log in so I can change my JustUno settings, and they have failed to help whatsoever. Extremely frustrated, hoping they see this and finally fix my issue.

I love this app - it's the best lead capture tool for Shopify by far

Free for small amounts of traffic which is great. Design and templates aren't great and it's a bit fiddly. The pop ups sometimes take a while to pop up, meaning there aren't a lot of impressions and my conversion rates weren't the greatest, even after testing different creative. Will keep trying.

Great app! Very easy to use and really can improve your sales, while you receive your clients e-mail addresses for further promotional purposes. I had questions about the app and the support team was quick and very polite! Thanks, I'll continue to use it for sure!

We just setup JustUno 5 days ago and have already managed to swing a few conversions off of it and their support team has been incredibly helpful with getting everything setup. Cannot recommend enough!

Holy Smokes! Barely just getting started and wondering why I haven't done it before. The free version seems to include several customizable features that will help a small shop to become a larger shop that will more likely be able to afford more app fees!

I havent heard one word from Juno except...that my free trial period was up....what exactly is Juno and what can they do for me

The side tab makes this a great choice and on the whole, it works really well, but do check regularly that the pop is still functioning. I found mine had stopped working (wouldn't accept an email) and in the end, it was quicker to scrap it and build a new one as the original pop up just would not work again.

Gets the job done! Nice and flexible to tailor it to your store and needs.
