Very easy to create and update the form. Great looking design options.

I needed a popup form with a floating button for the testimonials page on my store. I literally tried every app. Many don't have this option at all and those that do are not very flexible with the button placement. This app allowed me to create exactly the form I needed and also had flexible options on placing the button. I just got it set up and I can tell already that it's a keeper.

Setting up is easy and the plans seem to cover all my needs thus far.

DO NOT INSTALL!!! This app fucked our entire store and now we have to put a tons of work to solve this or maybe even rebuild the entire website. I contacted them and they won't answer....

Can't argue with the features for the price. It works great for our needs, and is highly customizable.
