A great form that allows for attachments, but it allows for more customization.

Easy to use interface and good features

Missed thousands of dollars worth of sales due to the emails not being sent from this application. Tested multiple times and checked with on different email accounts and spam. Do not recommend.

Seems great so far although I haven't really been using it long enough to leave an honest feedback but in order to remove the branding, I was asked to leave a review. Will update the review in a week or two

The form builder is powerful and has all the features I want. The support team replies quickly. I highly recommend this form builder,many of my friends' stores use it as well.
