I used this app to help my customers provide unique information required to process their requests. It has simplified our customer’s and our own process, resulting in better conversions and more efficient order processing for our unique business requirements.

I used this form builder for a simple form. I wish there were a way to add custom CSS and use the theme's styling and fonts, however.

I have used many contact form apps, and this one is by far the best that I have found! The monthly expense is well worth it compared to others!

Sunny from support has been beyond amazing! I required both customisations and support for an issue, and the support I received for both was top notch! Quickest responses ever and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. I use this app as a pop up so customers can get an email reminder to return to shop when it is convenient for them, as many customers are scrolling social media, see our ads, but don't want to complete checkout at that particular time.

Works well and fully customisable! I like the layout of the email when it comes through to us compared to the last app we used.
