So far so good using the free version. Wish I could change the fonts more easily though. Easy to use and easy to publish.

I use this app to answer questions about products on my company website. It's a bummer that you have to upgrade to a paid service to get page sourcing for the questions, but the app looks good, is easy to customize, and the customer service if you have any questions on how to execute anything is excellent.

This app has just about every feature you could want in a form creator, and so far everything I've tried works without issues or limitations. They really thought of everything! And the developer is very accommodating, responds to emails quickly and answering questions clearly and completely to get you in the right direction and walk you through how things work.
