The app itself is good and works perfectly and is more that we could ask for. It helps you see what users are doing on the store. This lets us think of new ways to adjust the experience buyers have and to see which products they look at more or which collections. Thanks team for the great work and free service! Completely free works great. You can see where the funnel struggles to get sales which is very helpful for conversions

A bit confusing at the beginning because couldn't find where to find what customers are seeing. But now I got it. You get the see a replay VIDEO of the customers journey on your site. Very helpful and FREE !! HURRAY

Easy to install and use, I like the button which I can change the play speed, as well as the skip idle time tick box - both making using Replay easier. It helps us to see where we can improve our site. Thank you!
