I've been using it to test people navigating my site. My site is new, but I need a way to test what users are doing, where they are clicking, navigating to, and see what they do, see if I can detect user annoyances, or navigation confusion. Later, I will test for conversion changes and click-through to checkout. Great app and hard work put into it. Well Recommended. Thank you for the app creation.

You can only see your last 10-15 visits, no replay history. It's only useful if you sitting there all day and watch it "live". Unfortunately there is no support either, no one reply since weeks. I sent 4-5 messages to multiple email addresses they provided. Sad, becasue this could be a great app
