How great is this data? I needed to see why my conversions were low and this is providing me REAL insight!!!!! Amazing!!! Thank you!

Great app !!!. It helps me to understand for how long a visitor spends the time in my website, what OS or Browser they use, and location. Need improvement in Recording, sometimes when I play the recording, it did not run smoothly, and show the scrolling motion , only an image

This app gave me a new "set of eyes" on what our customers see when they visit the store. I really like how you can watch how they interact with and search your store. I wish you could view the sessions by clicking on a map; that would be a neat addition. Can't believe this app is free!

A clean user interface, with detailed recordings like browser, OS, even precise location was an amazing feature surely better than other similar Shopify apps. Looking forward to seeing integrated chat support.

When you try to know why visitors are not putting orders then you should first need to know if there is any problem in your site. For example, buy now button is not working, site is slow, coupon code is not working etc. You may want to discover if your visitors are getting confused in your site, eg, they can not navigate properly, they cant zoom product images , they are unable to go to product page from contact page. You may want to discover which products are most browsed, most viewed, most sold, or you may want to know if the traffic is proper in your site, ie, any fake traffic is sent to your site where people just open and navigate page to page aimlessly to make you feel that 'you have got ad click' and thus people are charging you for that fake traffic. The best solution is to watch people by standing behind their back and watching what they are doing. And this great app just does that!! Believe it or not. It will save thousands of your precious dollars.

This app is extremely useful. Shopify has very few good apps. The majority are a complete garbage made by people who don't know anything about business. But this App, however, is the opposite. It teaches you a lot about your clients and how they think and behave. It's mandatory to have it if you are serious about your business. I learned a lot just by observing the behaviors of my visitors, namely, the type of problems they face when visiting my shop through different devices, and how certain apps I installed behave when others use them. But this App can be improved. I don't need access to the entire world but only my target countries. The app could let me select only the countries I want, so I don't have to filter the clients on my own. I don't really need all the recordings. I also recommend recording only visitors that spend at least 2 minutes in the website. The "curious visitors" don't provide any useful information.

Update! The app does not recording anymore. I did not have reached the 5000 sessions and i can not find any other problem. furthermore i can not find a solution to contact the suppert - only a FAQ is available... and one more featere is missing - a ip block ( for example for my own ip ). Really nice and totally free. Love it. Absolutely useful to find out what your visitors do ( and what not)...
