Easy to use. I think they need to add a small UX update - mark the seen sessions with a different color.

This is so much better than Hotjar! It easily lets you see what recordings did actions like, ADD TO CART or PUR stuff like that so you don't have to go trough all of them! Brilliant!

Definitely the coolest app that we have integrated. It allows you to literally watch a recording of the customer browsing website. A great tool to learn patterns that may need improvement. Would definitely recommend this app to anyone that may see a lot of hits without conversion.
