It helps to see customer behaviour and gives you some ideas about what they are looking for. sometimes it records your own session of your own location too which annoying but still it's very helpful.

It takes sometime to reflect in the app. I had to try it like four to five times so that it can appear. But overall its a good way to see what exactly people are doing. Yes.

I find this app to be very useful in improving conversation rates. You are able to see what pictures might lose a customer as well as what pictures convert a customer, this is very meaningful when it comes to product description.
